I had two new Trane heat pump systems installed by Custom Air, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Nick, who handled the consultation and estimate, really stood out from everyone else I talked to. Out of all the contractors I had come out, he was the most competent and actually knew what he was talking about—no fluff or sales BS, just clear and knowledgeable answers.We went from one single system to two, which was a big, complex job with a lot of duct modification. The installation team handled it professionally, kept things neat and did a great job. Everything has been running smoothly, and the comfort difference is night and day. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality HVAC work.

Got an appointment scheduled same day that I called to report my issue. Fast and timely in that sense. Elijah responded to my home to conduct troubleshooting on my unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to what I had to say then began his work. He’s thorough and efficient. He also took the time to explain and actually show me what he was doing which most repair techs don’t do. The only issue I had is with the price point of the overall repairs which I felt could have been more competitive, but also could have been more elsewhere, but other than that, I am pleased with Elijah’s work.

I recently had a new ac unit installed by Josh at my house by Custom Air and they did a great job. So when my mom started having some issues I knew who to call She had already called someone and they told her some crazy stuff. So I called Nick at Custom Air for a second opinion on my mom’s AC. Nick came out that same afternoon. He didn’t try to sell me anything, he didn’t try to push buying a new system even though this unit was over 30 years old. He said, it’s working fine, I don’t really see anything wrong with it but it’s old and can break down anytime. We agreed and after talking with my mom, she decided that she wanted to just replace the unit with all new duct work and wanted to have Nick and his company do the work. His techs showed up 2 days later as scheduled on time and took only a couple hours to complete the job. Very knowledgeable, extremely professional. Josh (the tech) has to have wrote the book on AC installation, because that guy is smart. So if you are in the market for anything to do with heating or cooling, call Nick or Aaron and I promise you will be treated like you would want your mom to be treated. I know from experience.

Easiest 5 star rating I've ever written.Patrick, Josh and Christian were excellent and professional. They did and EXTREMELY professional job installing my new Trane system. Even installed a new drain line because he didn't like how my old one was ran. Absolutely reccomend them. Their 4.9 Stars is well deserved.
