I don’t see that much anymore so I just had to brag on them. Even the lady who is in the office taking the calls is an absolute sweetheart. Y’all got a good thing going here.Had a company out three times before I called this place - neighbor referred valley and so glad they did. Guy came out and knew what the issue was before he looked. Reasonable, knowledgeable and came within an hour of calling. What great people. Sad Bob will be retiring. Thanks so much, Valley!!!
Jul 28, 2025 · Nicole LarsonWarning**** Please READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY****** The last thing I ever wanted to do was give a bad review for a local company but the owner, Jason does not go behind his workers work and check to ensure it was done correctly or of quality. There were several things wrong with the entire system, 1. The thermostat is above a vent and beside an exterior door that prevents good temperature readings 2. The duct work was not done properly and was smashed and obstructions that prevent good air flow 3. The air return in the pictures that you see below were completely obstructed from being at 90 degree angle but no hard 90 was installed 4. We had to have them come back several times due to no good air flow and WE HAD TO POINT OUT THE 90 DEGREE DUCT WORK BEING SMASHED in order for them to fix it 5. After several trips back they did finally fixed it with flex pipe so now its sagging 6. Air flow is still not adequate in our upstairs vents per a different and trusted professional as well as condensation pipe was leaking in the basement floor that was never installed correctly or fixed by this company. Lastly the WE PAID $24000 FOR OUR MATERIALS AND LABOR AND WAS ADVISED THERE WAS A YEAR WARRENTY SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY BUT HE HAS BLOCKED MY NUMBER AND NEVER RETURNED TEXTS OR CALLS. YOU CAN SEE HIS MESSAGES BELOW. WE ARE IN CONACT WITH OUR ATTORNEY. CONSIDER GOING ELSEWHERE WITH YOUR BUSINESS IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE IN THE SAME SITUATION AS US. As a previous business owner communication has to be very clear in order for everyone to be on the same page. So let's clear things up as I'm positive we covered these issues as this is my home and I wanted everything done right.1. I DID DO THE SPRAY FOAM SIR.. and I was very clear in telling you that due to the certain size of the unit to be installed in the house. So yea it's in the walls.2. Floor joist. We went over the floor joist and floor plan before you took the job and where the placement of the units were to go on the outside and you said " that's not a problem" so it seemed fine until you come for the install and act like its not going to work and yet when we talked about the solution you SAID " air flow will be fine with the unit going in. you also said hard 90 would be installed and you guys completely smashed the return duct... AS SEEN IN THE PICTURE.3. T-Stat... You ask me where I wanted it and I ask you where you would put it your the PRO.... You chose beside the door to the outside and above a vent to be out of the way.. I based that on what you said Jason. I was trusting you in this process. That's why I hired you.4. Condensation pipe that i ask you to fix multiple times and you never did. Just plum lazy and a sloppy job all together. Pictures are worth thousand words and tells a big story.To say I didn't communicate on all these is an absolute lie and you know that. I mean for you to just block my number when I just spent 24k with your company and having these issues with a brand new install just shows what type of person you are.And to be very clear we can settle this out of court or it can cost you more money in court. I'll leave that up to you.

Well I called several places and left messages at a couple.Valley was the first to actually answer. A person answered,Diana a lovely lady who reached out to her service guy Bob. They worked me into their schedule and got to me literally 30 mins after calling! Bob was friendly and professional, diagnosed the issue and had me up and running. He ordered a part and was back the next week to replace it for me! The rates were Very reasonable , I would highly recommend Valley Heating and Air! I appreciate the fast service! We will be having them maintain our AC unit every year! Thank you 😊We have also recommended Valley Heating and Air to 3 of our local friends.

Put me on the list for the next day, Bob the technician arrived before lunch and made the necessary repair. He was quick, professional, and courteous. Charged a fair price and didn't try to upsell me. Glad I called and will use them again.
