This year Carl has installed an Ecobee thermostat at a property that I maintain, he is also doing our yearly maintenance at the property where we live.Carl is an excellent tech, extremely neat and efficient. We had Michael from Cosby do a check for the air conditioning system and he was very professional and informative about his findings. He clearly outlined options for us and was a wonderful representative for his company. We always have excellent staff from Cosby!

My AC stopped cooling. A Cosby tech arrived and told me he couldn't do anything with my system, and I would ultimately need to replace it. He said he couldn't even do a search for a leak. He charged me $85 for doing nothing. He had another appointment scheduled to come back and do a search for a leak later, which would cost me another $100. But said my system was too old to get parts for and I should replace it. (Only 12 years old)Another company, 4 Seasons, came same day and found the leak with no problem. Recharged the system and got it running. They also gave me an estimate for a new coil where the leak is.Cosby was either trying to rip me off and sell a new AC unit, or the tech was incompetent, you be the judge. Either way, I do not recommend Cosby at all. I highly recommend 4 Seasons.

AC stopped putting out cold air. They were able to come out the next day and fix it. Landon showed up on time, worked quickly, showed pride in his work and explained everything very well. Office staff were pleasant on the phone. Definitely would recommend and will be calling them for any future needs.

He was polite and professional, and while he was not able to solve all the problems, he did a great job of describing the situation.
