We opted for a more advanced model, which came with a higher cost, but overall, we were satisfied with the installation process.However, I must express my disappointment with the sales representative. He was friendly and attentive during the initial stages, but once we signed the contract, his responsiveness plummeted. He became unreachable by phone and failed to return our call when we encountered issues just hours after the installation.Luckily, the team at Comfort First Heating and Cooling stepped up. The staff was incredibly understanding when our unit malfunctioned the next morning. The front office was very supportive, and Justin, the District Manager, went out of his way to help us. The repair technicians were also crucial in getting our system operational again.Replacing an HVAC system is never a pleasant task, and having it break down shortly after installation only adds to the stress. However, it was reassuring to see how the management, front office, and repair team worked tirelessly to resolve our issue, effectively compensating for the shortcomings of the sales representative.I would recommend Comfort First Heating and Cooling for anyone in need of HVAC services.If you're looking to replace your HVAC system, it's worth noting that Travis, the sales representative, may not offer the post-sale assistance you might hope for. Once the deal is signed, his involvement tends to end. If you can, I recommend exploring options with a different sales rep.

He explained what the problem and went above and beyond on making sure the job was done properly. He explained what he did and allowed me to see the end result. My air conditioner decided to quit working, of course during a hot and humid week. Technician Sean Washington responded and quickly diagnosed the issue. Sean got my air back up and running now I am sitting in a cool comfortable house. Sean is a very knowledgeable technician with great people skills. Very friendly and let me know everything he was doing or had to do. Comfort First Heating and Cooling is very lucky to an employee of this caliber.

The technician did a very thorough job on his evaluation of our HVAC system. We were very impressed with his knowledge, and professionalism. He identified that we had a leak, and was able to replace a part to stop the leak very quickly. He was very helpful in explaining the leak, and how he repaired it. We will be contacting Comfort First Heating abs Cooling if needed again. Thank you!

I was kept updated on arrival of technician. As my AC was not working and it had turned hot it was a relief to know the service time was being honored. The technician, Trevor, was very polite and answered my questions professionally. I also appreciated that he spoke to me about what he was doing and he shared the readings he was taking as he worked to diagnose the problem. Very pleasant experience with the technician and Comfort First staff. Will recommend them to others and I will use them again.
