Excellence is what this company and its employees represent. My AC died on a Saturday and Sunday Horne HVAC was able to schedule Jake to give me an estimate for replacement for my furnace/AC. He informed me that they had appointments available for the next day which was unbelievable. I decided to not waste anytime getting other quotes. Monday morning the team arrived at 8 and I had air by 1. Yes!!Words can’t express how happy and relieved I am to have this issue resolved.Please consider Horne HVAC for all of your HVAC needs. Thanks again Mason, Nick, Cody and to the rest of the team who arrived later to assist.

Horne HVAC is great! Andrew Long, our Service Technician was fabulous. He is very knowledgeable and honest…..which is a breath of fresh air. Andrew kept us updated from start to finish. He reviewed everything at the end of completing the annual Summer HVAC checkup. This is our first time partnering with Horne HVAC. We highly recommend giving them a call! We look forward to seeing Andrew back in the Fall to do a checkup for heating!

Horne as a whole has been pretty ok but our most recent visit from them was really nice. Blake H. was incredibly helpful with everything we asked and did a great job explaining and offering insight when he honestly didn’t necessarily need to. That little extra touch helped relieve stress and is exactly the kind of service you look for.

I give 3 stars to Horne but 5+ stars to the technician!!Tony T is the absolute BEST technician I have met! Not only was has punctual, friendly and knowledgeable, he was also understanding, patient and thorough!I had trouble scheduling for my maintenance (my appointments were cancelled 4 separate times by Horne) but Tony T made me feel heard and validated my concerns and frustration as I vented to him about it.I will request him as the technician for every service and maintenance call from now on!
