Apr 25, 2025 · Siggie AllisonSo I decided to call Coleman Services in December to book an appointment for maintenance and to tell me where the filter was in my attic because I purchased a filtration system. So they sent Nick which was very nice. He answered any questions that I had which I was grateful for. In the middle of maintenance he showed me a picture of a capacitor reading that said my capacitor needed to be replaced and it would be $200 flat fee. He also said while checking the HVAC outside some fuses blew but he fixed it?? I still got heat after he left so I didn't think much of it. Towards the end of the maintenance call he said someone from the office would call to schedule a capacitor change. He also said he had some capacitors in his truck but not the one my HVAC required. I went on vacation which is why I didn't do it right away. So a week goes by after my vacation and no call from Coleman Services. I decided to call and I spoke to Tamara who said Nick said I would call and that wasn't true. I also inquired about pictures that he took of the capacitor reading and I wanted the picture so I can show my husband. She said the technician who usually comes out gives the pictures to the office and she's waiting on them so as soon as she gets them she will send them. She booked me a new appointment to replace my capacitor with Eric Coleman the owner of the business and I was like this great because he's the owner. I was booked for January 14th. Well here I am 3 weeks later and Eric never came or called or anything!!!!! I attempted to call the office several times to find out why Eric didn't show up or call and now no one even answers the phone for me at the office. Tamara never sent pictures and I never heard from her again. It's pretty obvious that they're dodging me and why so??? I WANTED TO GIVE YOU BUSINESS!!!!! And now my ever since they came my electric bill is through the roof!! Never been that high before ever!!? They did something to my HVAC system and don't want to take responsibility for it. I don't understand why companies do things like this. I was willing to pay for your services. You get a big fat zero from me. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!So book Coleman Services at your own risk....

Our technician (didn't catch his name) was very thorough and courteous. He performed diagnostics checks and went over everything he did. Although, the problem wasn't detected during his visit, we will be sure to reach out again (will recommend them to send him out through the warranty company) if it happens again.

They should not be providers for any warranty company.
