I have tried to reach out to this company for 2 weeks. Everyday I am told that Grant, the manager will call me tomorrow. I have been patient with no call. I also e-mailed the Ed person that I saw respond to someone on google revies. Nothing.My mother purchased her A/C 2 years ago and was talked into upgrades to help keep the systems air clean and purified. She spent more that I would like to admit with horrible results recently. She got the Reme-Halo's in both units and to say this is a disaster is an understatement. I was with her during the purchase. I have included pictures of what is now occurring with the A/C that she is breathing.A service technician told me that yes the systems need to be fixed with duct work and a swap out. It will only cost another $3,000 additional after having the A/C that she spend over $31,000 on after 2 only years. He says the Reme's are problematic and due to them having to have the opening to thee air in order for the Reme's to run properly, it introduces moisture which causes the MOLD. I have had several A/C's and never, ever had this issue however; I did not purchase these waste of time and money gadgets. I don't understand why a company would push a lady in her 70's to purchase all of the upgrades and then not stand behind the item when it is a fail. People of this age cannot just go out and make more money. She is on a limited budget and Joe, the salesman told her shouldn't have any issues for 10 years as long as she kept the units up, which she has. This was the reason that she spent so much.Can someone from this company please call us and rectify this issue? I cannot believe that I cannot get anyone to call me back. We need to get this fixed and I would like to know how to move forward.I feel terrible, I am the one who talked her into CCC. In the past this company was great. It is so disheartening that this has happened. It is so much worse that no one will call us back. I will continue to be the squeaky wheel. Martin straight up saved a kitten from a burning tree while saving our family from the burning Florida sun..Ha he didn't save a kitten (because there was no kitten to save) but did help us out from dying of heatstroke within our home.So far everyone we have dealt with from Certified has been great to work with but I'd like to do a shout out to Martin S. Specifically. He was the the first tech to troubleshoot our old unit and recommended just replacing it, which we did and got a new unit installed through Certified.Today he came out here on a warranty call due to the drain line being clogged. He is very professional and explained in great detail the whole issue along with how to help prevent it in the future. We greatly appreciate him and his knowledge. Martin did an excellent job. He showed up quickly and completed my AC tune up without any issues. Was even able to give me advice on how to keep my unit running effectively and advised me on how to increase the longevity of my system. Would highly recommend his expertise

Kenny came out today and did an awesome job of maintaining my system. He was very detailed and explained everything he did along the way. I can't recommend him enough.I previously had a less-than-desirable experience with one of their technicians. Ed contacted me, found out what my concerns were, and had Kenny come out. A measure of a great company is not that they are perfect every time, but that they make it right when things don't go as planned. Ed made sure I was taken care of.For the record, I had CCC install my Daikin unit 8 years ago and have had them maintain it twice a year since.

Experienced a maintenance visit and Kenny showed up on time. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He cleaned and serviced the unit in a very timely manner. He was happy to report no attention needed from my side and everything looked good.He definitely likes his job. You can tell by his positive attitude and happy smile.
