I did a lot of research on local HVAC companies in the Pensacola area, looking at the reviews and when available, the pictures of their work. I ended up reaching out to three local companies and Bluewater was one of them. While all of the reps were polite, knowledgeable, and eager to gain my business, Bluewater outshined. Trevor (owner) answered all of my questions and was so patient as I kept asking more over a couple days. Bluewater and one other were neck and neck cost-wise so it really came down to what people were saying and Trevor's clear conviction in the ability of his service guys to install the new system and doing it right the first time. Dylan and JD came out to install and those guys didn't stop until the job was done. They worked hard, in the heat, and even in the rain! I was truly impressed. They also took the time to ensure everything was clean when they left. Now the system has been installed for a week and my house is cold! I LOVE it! the service manager (Dylan) just left after checking that the system is running optimally and all is a-ok. I have been sharing with everyone that Bluewater is awesome and I will recommend them to everyone! Thank you Trevor, Dylan, and JD!

A good friend recommended Bluewater to me & told me that she has been very happy with their service. Cody placed 3 cooling units in my house so I could stay home & be comfortable while waiting for my ac to be installed after the 4th of July holidays. Everyone, from the office staff, Tammy & Emily, to Cody, Matt, Joe & Dylan, the installers, have been very professional, punctual, & thorough in their communication with me & helpful in answering all of my questions. Their communication with customers is exceptional. They send out a text with a photo of the person coming to the house to let you know they are on the way. The quality of work is amazing! I highly recommend Bluewater!

Trevor came 20 minutes after I called and offered a solution to get me going before the holiday weekend and then some options for replacement of my entire unit. I knew I needed to replace the unit, but didn’t want to ask that it be done on the holiday weekend. Trevor immediately offered a solution. He sent Cody over with enough portable units to keep the house cool until it could be replaced immediately after Memorial Day. On Tuesday morning as promised, Dylan and Cody started the work and after a second team of duct experts finalized the install on Wednesday, the system is perfect and family is comfortable. We are ready for summer! Thanks guys!!!
May 29, 2025 · Steve SmithWhen we purchased our home last year. Our HVAC unit was going on 14 years old and working well. However, we knew we would need to replace our HVAC unit within the next couple of years. During our semiannual inspection last month, the tech let us know that our fan motor was on its last legs. I requested a price for replacing the fan motor. Since our unit is reaching its Useful life expectancy, we did not what to replace the fan motor and something else goes wrong or fail in the middle of the summer. My wife and I decided to get a price to replace the unit from our current service company, I let him know we were looking for a variable-speed inverter technology system. Purchasing a new HVAC unit is not like going to Best Buy or Walmart to buy a TV. There is much more involved.We proceeded to search Google for a few more HVAC Companies…... Most of the HVAC Companies had good/high ratings. I came across “BLUEWATER HEATING & AIR” I could not believe that they had a 5 STAR rating with 563 Google reviews (I found that hard to believe). My wife and I read all the reviews and said let us give them a call. Emily answered the phone. I told her I would like to have someone come out to give me an estimate to replace my HVAC unit, I explained the type of system we were looking at. She asked me where I was located, I told her, she asked me to hold. She came back and told me she has someone in the area, and he could be out in the next hour. While my wife and I were on the front porch the Bluewater truck pulled up. The gentleman got out with a floor mat in his hand, I asked what that is for, he explained, this is what we do when we go into homes. I asked what his name was, he replied “Trever.” I asked how long he has been with the company and how long he has been in sales. Trever smiled and said, “I own the business.” At that point I was extremely impressed, the other companies sent out knowledgeable (HVAC salespeople). Trever assessed our unit and answered all our questions at that time, and he explained the difference between all types of systems.Now that we had four proposals, it was time to pull the trigger. After much research on Manufacturers, Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (Seer), parts available, warranty, installation, etc., I must have texted Trever at Bluewater at least six time, and each time he called me back during the weekend and answered all my questions. We decided to go with Bluewater. As the unit we chose was made in the USA, parts are readily available, and the warranty was 10 years parts and 10 years on labor. They had us scheduled for the next few days. Matt and Big Cody showed and explained everything that they planned to do, Matt informed me that they will be replacing everything, including the electrical disconnects. After they were comfortable that my wife and I understood what we were told, they went right to work. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. During the installation I was asking more questions, both Big Cody and Matt stopped and took time to answer them all. Once the project was completed, they showed us the finished product, the operations of the system, etc., and cleaned up both inside and out. Not to mention, the office managed all our warranty paperwork.Bottom line, I HIGHLY Recommend BLUEWATER HEATING AND AIR for any new installation and services you may need for your HVAC.

Her greeting and professionalism was awesome. The prompt and convenient scheduling was a welcome surprise. Nate the technician was knowledgeable and very respectful. Explained what he did. Again overall experience was great. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
