Atlas A/c and service are fantastically outstanding. Had to have completely new heat pump a/c unit installed. Noah and Levi are two of the best techs that installed and completed our unit. Very knowledgeable, highest of work ethics, completely friendly and professional explaining everything I asked questions about. Also Hunter who assisted us in our selection of a new unit. After much research & prayer, it was no coincidence that I was guided by my Almighty God to contact “Atlas (Bigfoot) Sales and Service to install my Kohler home generator. The receptionist was exceptional, and I was contacted immediately by the sales rep and within three days, installation began. Two young men arrived at 8 AM to begin changing my 56- year-old breaker box, & as I sat on the patio in case they had any questions, I received a disturbing phone call concerning a dear friend with incurable stomach cancer. I knew I had just encountered two angels when both young men approached me and asked if I wanted them to pray with me for my friend. In that moment , I knew I had made the right choice and knew that everything would be OK . During the installation, I met other crew members who had the same excellent work ethics, integrity, dignity, and good moral values. It is quite evident that “God First” and “Customer Service and Satisfaction” is their motto. Theyare not afraid to let you know how God is important to them. 10/10 would recommend! I had no glue who i would fall for electrical work so i goggled electricans and choose the one with the highest rating and I’m glad I did. Atlas was great from the first phone call to setting up appointemt for consult and they were very considerate and patient when i had to make changes to appointment last minute.
