I had a unit that I requested to find out if it was 100% labor & Parts warranty covered prior to tech being sent out, was assured this was true, even techs first visit explained to me that there was no charge... a week after service was rendered I received a bill for almost $300. $86.00 of it was Travel & Diagnosis and $75.00 additional labor for the diagnosis time, when tech was here for less than 30 minutes... Then again I was told the system was covered under full warranty. After bill is sent customer service becomes poor. Management responses are rude and unwilling to work with consumer.
