We called Island Air last night when our AC was giving us some issues. Joe called us back and helped trouble shoot over the phone with advice on what he thought the issue was. And he was right! Fixed! Joe was very professional and knowledgeable! We will definitely be using this company moving forward.

I arrived at my vacation home on Friday before the Memorial Day weekend to find one of my AC systems down. I called Friday evening after hours and left a message with the answering service. I got a call from Island at 8 am on Saturday to confirm the problem and Jamie (very polite and personable as well as highly competent) was out my house and had my system functioning by 10. These are good people.

Had a very good visit with Billy, who was right on time and went straight to work. Billy checked out and cleaned a number of items and said that he found zero problems. He was very informative and answered several questions that I had concerning operations, maintenance and general use. The visit was to my benefit and I was well pleased.Walter E. Extremely knowledgeable. The receptionist was very helpful in ensuring she sent the right expert out to the house for my job To save me the most money and headache. The person that arrived was in fact very knowledgeable, and went through several options to ensure my satisfaction.
