Bates Air and Heat are an amazing company. After getting quotes from Barker and Air Docs, I was honestly about to settle until a friend recommended I call Bates. BEST decision I made.Not only did they beat the other quotes on VALUE they offered a higher efficiency system with a better warranty, cleaner install, and actually included upgrades like a UV light and better filtration that the others were charging extra for (or didn’t even mention).From the very first call, they treated me like I mattered & not just another sale. The crew was on time, professional, and left everything spotless. They even walked me through how to use my new smart thermostat and explained the entire install.If you’re comparing companies stop right now and call Bates. They don’t cut corners, they don’t upsell nonsense, and they truly care. I got more for my money and peace of mind knowing it was done right.

Very professional and knowledgeable team. Provided excellent customer service from the moment I called. Technician had my air conditioning diagnosed, replaced part and up and running again very efficiently.
