Craig did a great job fixing my A/C unit. It took him only about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem - shorted contactor - and begin repairs. He also explained Bart's maintenance plan, which I signed up for. Craig was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I look forward to seeing him again for winter prep. Brandon was on time, polite and efficient. He changed my a/c condenser fan motor and was reasonably priced.Will definitely use them again.I since then got a quote from Bart's to replace the whole unit and was also reasonably priced.They even deducted the expense for the previous work.Harrison and Anthony did an excellent job replacing them and didn't even stop for lunch, they said they wanted the house cool first.Great experience and highly recommend.

Bill did an amazing job. He was very educational and informative. I appreciate how thorough he was in going through our system. I’m not sure if there is a way to make notes in my file, but if I call back needing service, repair or replacement, then I’d want Bill to do the work.

Craig was awesome and very professional!! He found that an expensive repair that my sellers were initially told by another HVAC company needed to be done, did not need replacing at all. The system just needed to be cleaned. This saved my sellers a ton of money!! Thank you so much Craig for your expertise and honesty.
