Was recommended to Apex/Derek by a friend of mine. We had moved into our new home late in the summer last year, so this year being as hot as it's been we've just discovered that it isn't getting cool upstairs. We reached out to Derek and he was here the next day to look over our system.The people we had purchased the house from had recently had Thomas and Galbraith put in a new central air unit. Whenever they had installed the new system they had taken shortcuts, specifically not hooking up the return air vents from upstairs.Once he identified that this was our primary issue he fabricated new ducts in our basement (like some 16th century blacksmith hero!) and fixed the return issue. He also took the time to turn up the fan on the unit so it would pull more hot air out. Then, he also set my stepson up with a vent in the basement to cool his living space.He then tested all of our vents to make sure they were working, and also checked our returns upstairs to make sure they were effective.I will be recommending Apex/Derek to everyone and he will be servicing our furnace and central air moving forward.Excellent work, sir!

I can’t recommend Derek enough. We had issues with our old AC and furnace and Derek was able to come diagnose the problem right away. We ended up replacing both our AC and furnace and the process couldn’t have been easier. He’s incredibly honest and hard working, responds to calls and texts right away, and his prices are much better than the big companies. 11/10 ⭐️ Thanks again Apex!

When our AC when out over the holiday weekend, Derek responded immediately and was here to check out the problem in less than 24 hours.
