★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1ALL PRO DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS: After 12 days and 3 no shows I am still no further with securing a visit from All Pro to provide heating to my house. Exceptionally POOR communication and customer service is non existent. If you are looking for a high quality, dependable company this is TOTALLY NOT the company you need to contact. Since day 1 of contact, they have provided no information, promised to arrive and then do not turn up with NO COMMUNICATION from them about why or when they will be able to turn up next.As an update I heard nothing from this company again on Saturday with no update from then when they would come out. Still no heating and it’s cold here. I escalated to the home warranty again this morning and they have authorized another contractor to complete the work. All Pro also lied and told the warranty company that they had talked to me and had made an appointment for Tuesday. That is not true. They are not only unprofessional but they are LIARS too. So long COWBOYS. The home warranty company agreed they will NEVER be allocated to any HVAC issues for me again.
Feb 08, 2021 · Haley HopkinsI was connected to these people via my home warranty company. Our initial visit was fine and they quickly diagnosed the problem (which I have since confirmed with another company), but that was the end of my positive experience. Since that time, they have been nearly impossible to reach. On the few occasions I got a hold of someone, I was able to make appointments, each of which were no shows by the technician. They haven't answered any of my calls since the last missed appointment before the holiday. I have now been without AC in the Carolina summer heat for over two months. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Jul 12, 2021 · Dustin EngelkenAll Pro Mechanical was assigned to my home warranty (First American) call on Dec 26th. They were prompt to come out to assess my HVAC on Dec 28th. I was told by the team that assessed my unit that the compressor was blown and to shut it off. The team was very kind and knowledgeable. They stated they would return the report to my company to get the compressor replaced. I asked for a rough estimate in terms of when to expect a follow-up appointment. I was told to expect some sort of followup appointment by Jan 1 or that weekend. I called the warranty company to follow up when I noticed my call in their system still said that someone was dispatched but never said the call was completed (or parts ordered). The home warranty company stated that the contractor did not submit their findings. The warranty company attempted to call All Pro Mechanical and did not receive an answer. Likely due to the holiday. I followed up on January 4th. The company then set an appointment for January 13th from 7 to 10am. On January 13th, they did not show up (at all). They did not call to cancel. My warranty company still shows the appointment as pending. When I called All Pro Mechanical, the phone went to a full voicemail. “The voice mailbox of the person you are trying to reach is full. Please try back later. Goodbye.” I reached out to the home warranty who also got sent to a full voice mailbox. They had not received any communication about why the appointment was not kept.I requested a new contractor be assigned as I had been multiple weeks without heat. I have been living on my couch, bundled in layers, with a borrowed space heater to keep warm. I’m a female veteran and have a medical condition which can be made significantly worse by excessive exposure to cold environments. I have explained this to my warranty company who reassigned me to another HVAC vendor. Unbeknownst to me, they reassigned me again to All Pro Mechanical after my request.Although they are nice folks, I expect some sort of communication regarding cancellations/delays/issues. I would understand if the part were delayed or there was some sort of discrepancy with the warranty company. However, I can’t get a response from All Pro Mechanical on the circumstances.I reached out to my warranty company again on January 18th to check the status of my service as it has been nearly a month since I have had heat in my home. I was promised that Chris Barbour, the manager, would reach out to me within the day. That did not happen. When I look on their website they have available appointments for today (Jan 19th) and many timeslots throughout this week. I’m disappointed at the lack of communication and shear lack of caring by a company that touts being military and veteran friendly on their website and social media platforms. This situation has been unnecessarily difficult and lengthy. I will be lodging a complaint with my home warranty company as well. For those considering this company for their HVAC service, be mindful that their communication and follow-up may be poor. They are very friendly and helpful when they are on-site.NOTE: Chris (and Earl) Barbour, you should stop artificially inflating the ratings of your business.UPDATE: I spoke with my home warranty company today. I requested a new service provider given the current circumstances. The representative stated the notes added to my file Jan 14th were not relayed to me in subsequent conversations. That the compressor was not received till then and that the vendor would be out the following day. The warranty company contacted Chris to schedule an appointment this week. He stated to my warranty company that All Pro Mechanical attempted to deliver service on two separate occasions and that I was not present. I live exactly one mile from my workplace. I have no missed calls from those dates and was home on one of the stated dates. You don’t drive 83 miles one-way to a client twice without contacting them. IF true, the unit is fully accessible from outside. Lies. Supposedly they will be out Friday. I will update then.

Jan 21, 2021 · M ScruggsMy AC unit was not cooling my house so I called my home warranty & they scheduled me with this company. I received a call from them to schedule my appointment. A day before my scheduled appointment the contractor called me saying he was in the area & would like to come over. I told him I had an appointment for tomorrow between 8am - 12pm so he said ok. The day of my appointment came & no one showed up. I called them but I kept getting their voicemail. I went on my home warranties website to complain when I saw they had randomly scheduled me for a different day, 5 days later, & for the time period that I told them that wasn’t good for me, I wanted 8am - 12pm, not 12pm - 5pm cuz I work those hours. So I sent a message to my home warranty complaining that this company, All Pro Mechanical, wasn’t professional at all! We get to my new scheduled appointment day & time & what happens? Again, they don’t show up. I called them at 4:30pm to see where they were & the gentleman named Chris answered the phone, which by the way was a cellphone. He asked for my address & confirmed he had a work order for me but was running late. At 5:30pm he calls me saying it would be another hour before he would get to me. 10pm hits & no contractor still. I call & he answers the phone & when he realizes it’s me he hangs up. I call him back & I get his voicemail. At this point I’m livid & send him a text where he tries to tell me he has the model & serial number to my AC unit & my issue is the compressor. I thought that’s funny, how would he know that if he hasn’t even looked at it? The next day I call my home warranty & tell them what had happened & that I want another company to come out. The new company was very professional & came to my house the next day & fixed my AC. It needed freon, not a compressor! Do not use this company! They are a JOKE!

May 07, 2021 · Tami HamoudiThe A/C went out on my property 5/10/21. Was assigned All Pro Mechanical through my warranty company. They came out to diagnose our system. Since it’s my rental property, I can’t actually say how long it actually took for them to come out to diagnose the unit and if they were on time since my property manager usually handles issues with the home. I don’t get involved unless something is not being done. When they went to the property, It was stated the whole unit needed replacing and non covered cost needed to be paid. The Company told my rental company that they had contacted me to discuss the issue with the A/C and the non covered cost that needed to be paid, That was a lie. I never heard anything from the company. Once I heard there may be non covered cost to be paid, I tried to contact the Company numerous times to get an explanation of repair , left voicemails with no return call. They are very unresponsive. They have a lady Kim that answers sometimes when it’s not the answer machine who always refers you to Chris. But Chris does not return calls. So once the correct amount of non covered cost was calculated by the warranty company, it was paid immediately. They were paid directly through CashApp, so payment received immediately. Warranty Company had the parts and unit ordered and All Pro had in the possession for over a week. It was stated by the warranty company that All Pro had an appointment to install Friday June 11 but All Pro had to call and confirm that the appointment worked with the tenant. They never called for confirmation because my Property Manager and tenant had not heard from the Company. So I called and called to include the 252 number that is listed on their website to get someone to call me to verify exactly when they would be installing the unit. The person at the 252 number picked up the phone after my third time calling and leaving a text and said he would forward my info to his office. He tried to call his office and was not able to get an answer as well. I decided to give the 910581xxxx number another try after numerous times calling them and leaving voicemails and the lady Kim answered. She stated to me on June 10th, that she gave my info to Chris that he would be calling me by end of day or first thing the next day to schedule and confirm our appointment because he was out the office and she did not schedule appointments and he is the only one who could. Which makes no sense. I asked when would he get back with me, because I was told this before, I would receive and call back and nothing returned. I did ask if he had a cell phone, so he could just pick up the phone and call anytime right? No call returned. So after calling and finally getting the lady Kim to answer the phone around 3 something, I was giving Chris cell phone. I called and no answer, so I texted explaining that he had received payment from me over two weeks ago and had possession of my parts and equipment needed to fix my A/C so when would he be installing the A/C. He stated he would be June 14, at 10 am. On June 14, I received an email from my property manager stating NO ONE showed up or called to install the A/C at my property. So it’s been over a month since my tenant has had A/C. Very unprofessional, to just not show up or call. Texted Chris and was stated his uncle passed. Truly sorry but this is a business, you call to inform your customers when you will not be able to perform the service. But there should be more than one person available to install the unit. This is not acceptable. This company has my money and equipment. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. True rating ZERO stars.
