So I have been dealing with Tom for over 20 years. Been calling since Wednesday. No answer nothing. So I called a&b come to find out Tom is working for them. I have not had air since Wednesday cause Tom can't let people know he went out of business. That is one sorry move. I told a&b don't send him to my house.

I had a 10+ year old furnace fail in the middle of a cold spell. Tom was on vacation but Lee showed up the day I called and was able to partly fix the issue. Once it failed again overnight Tom assured he would check it out the following week when he returned home. Well he showed up on Sunday after getting home (can’t commend him enough as this was not at all expected) inspected the entire unit, discovered the issue and not only fixed the issue but he also discovered other issues that a previous company had created by using shortcuts. He fixed those as well and made sure everything was properly setup before leaving.I will recommend Tom and Lee to everyone I know moving forward. Phenomenal service coupled with immense knowledge and experience.

Had maintainance and repair work on 3 units. Did an outstanding job on repair of wires that were chewed by animals. Also ran a new gas line to replace old twisted, crimped copper line. He was professional and responsive. The work was done in a very reasonable time. The quality of the work is excellent.Would highly recommend Airtech and Tom Pollard for any HVAC work.

This company installed my new AC package unit (Great job, fair price)Called them about a year later, had thermostat problems.Service call was $85, but the thermostat which sells retail at the local Home Depot for $39, I was charged $120 for the exact same thermostat.I felt ripped off, called and spoke to their office manager, she told me is was because they had installed an INDUSTRIAL GRADE unit. however the part number was EXACTLY the same as the $39 unit sold at Home Depot.BEWAREI advise you to call and check prices before dealing with this company.
