Our home insurance company sent these folks to fix our AC. We did get next day service. The fellow that came, was real nice, looked at our system and said we needed 3 lbs of gas. Okay no problem. I paid the service fee and he said his company was trying to get the okay to fill the AC. He said he had other accounts to get to and said he would be back that day. I called our company to find out what the hold up was. They said there was none as we were well within the amount open for such a service claim. I call the AC company back and they said that they were still waiting for approval, and the tech would have to come back later and I would have to take another day off the be at the house. I asked if they had after hours or there was something they could do. NOPE. I said,"SO you're telling me in order to get service I have to take another day off which I cannot do for 2-3 weeks?" YUP... Do I get my money back since you did not fix my AC? NOPE. We have not been refunded. We had to go with another company to fix the AC. Office persons were very rude and snarky. Do yourself a favor, there are other companies in the area that are way better and won't rob you.

Ive had big issues like a faulty new AC and other issues like vent-settings creating mold. They came and helped until it was fixed. They are reliable and I wish them the best.

Multiple times I was told specific days (where I had to be available the entire day) when they would visit my apartment to fix issues and they have flaked. It's unacceptable to make these "Full day" appointments where I am forced to give away work and sit at the house and then they don't even show up. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Look ANYWHERE else before even thinking of using their service... or lack there of!
