My AC died on 7/25/2025.I called AirMaxx around 9:30 pm and left a message. Got a text almost immediately stating tech would be at my house next day between noon and 4 pm.Joshua arrived and did not take long to diagnose the problem.He was professional, courteous, and explained the issues with my HVAC system. He also found some problems I was not aware of and took care of it. Joshua was awesome and I signed up for a maintenance contract. Because of Joshua, we will be contacting AirMaxx when it is time for a HVAC replacement. He provided exceptional customer service!!! Thank You !

Chris and Josh were great technicians! They fixed the fuses and had my AC up and running in 20 minutes. They were very educational and recommended a couple things to do to help prolong the life, but said I can always call back if I need anything!

My AC unit was not working, I called them late on Friday, and before the end of their day they call me back and set an appointment for today Monday. Keri ( I hope I am spelling her name correct) was very very nice. Christian( who was also very nice) came to work on my AC unit, it is a hot day and he was there working under the heat for one hour. I am grateful they fixed my AC, especially because it was too hot for my pets.Thank you.

I was really disappointed with Air Maxx, because their reviews looked very favorable. They scheduled me for Friday the same week I called, first thing in the morning so that I "wouldn't have to wait" then cancelled the day before. When I declined to reschedule, Keri, the employee texting me, complained that they've had 3 no shows this week, as if that excuses no-showing me.When this was scheduled, I wasn't told anything about needing to re-confirm the appointment. I'm not in the habit of answering unknown numbers (honestly, I don't know anyone who is these days, it's all spam) so this is either a policy they made up on the spot or need to change because it's losing them business.

Techs came out and could not get unit to start and compressor to run. I was kind of upset after spending over $600 for parts and labor and then telling me the compressor was bad. I called an authorized Goodman installer for second opinion and bottom line is he was able to get the unit up and running but also came to the same conclusion as the Airmaxx tech that the compressor was bad.He was able to get the compressor running after replacing contact, fixing a leak and installing refigerant. He said that model of Goodman was funny about contacts and used the actual Goodman part from his truck stock. He said it happens a lot if you don't work on Goodman heat pumps and Goodman heat pumps can be funny about what parts you put in them. Airmaxx contacted me to follow up and refunded me for the part that the tech from the second company replaced. So I really can't say anything bad about Airmaxx because they did diagnose and come to the same conclusion as the second technician.Both technicians were right. The compressor gave up the ghost the next day and I now am waiting on a new install next week.
