This company as far as the customer service / financial part is very unprofessional when it comes to giving all the little information that matters.I was told it is a monthly charge no contract, but was told i can't cancel my monthly subscription due to it not being over a year and if i were to cancel i would have to pay the remainder of the month's until it was a full year "After already running my Card and Starting charging me"and was told it was in the "Paperwork" or "Invoice" that they sent me to my email which i never received.After coming service my A/C unit it stopped working 3 weeks after and i noticed that they cleaned the outside unit but not the inside coil which was the main part that needed proper cleaning.I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS COMPANY ANYONE AND DEFINITELY WOULDN'T SUGGEST THE MONTHLY CHARGE FOR THEIR HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I purchased a central unit from them 8 or 9 year’s ago and they were very reasonably priced. Since that time I have called them several times for various things relating to my unit. They have always been on time, very professional and honest. They always tell you the cheapest way to try first instead of trying to rob you blind. They explain every thing to you in terms you can understand. They are willing to work around your work schedule. I love this company,everyone I have dealt with is awesome. I’ll never go anywhere else

Everyone has always been very professional and fixed the problems every single time. I don’t know what I would do without Deep South Mechanical. AC Unit wasn't cooling properly. Reached out to Matt at Deep South, he sent a repair guys out in less that five minutes. Unit was Low on Freon. He added Leak Stop, Dye, and a couple pounds of Freon. They responded and repaired our unit faster than an Amazon Prime Delivery! Thank you
