I am very impressed with this company. My A/C had stopped working, so I called AAction Air. Daisy, who took my call was very kind and she was able to get me set up with a same day appointment. Josh Adam's, the tech who made the visit was professional and able to solve the issue quickly. He then gave me some tips for troubleshooting my A/C system in the future. My overall experience with AAction Air was great, and I look forward to relying on them moving forward.

Extremely happy with AAction! Our new house hasn’t had working a/c for two weeks. Two other companies have come to look at it. One did “repairs” that fixed literally nothing. The second said we needed to replace our entire HVAC system for $20,000. Then Tony from AAction shows up and fixes the whole darn thing in about 60 seconds, explains exactly what was wrong, and tells us exactly how to avoid the problem in the future. Amazing. First cool night my family has had in our new home, and we’ll be customers for many years to come.

We are very pleased with Action Air. In a panic I called them this past Friday, (Memorial day weekend) for service. Our HVAC system was not regulating or cooling...Thankfully, they scheduled a service call that very same day!! Joseph arrived on-time and spent nearly 2 1/2 hours working to get our system back up and running. He was successful!!! This was simply amazing especially since he originally thought we would have to replace the existing air handler (the indoor part of the HVAC unit) Potentially costing a few thousand dollars!! But, after spending a couple of HOURS inspecting and cleaning the indoor and outdoor units we were informed that everything was working and we had dodged a bullet. I cannot express how relieved we were!! Before he left our home we were given tips on how, we as homeowners, can perform routine cleaning and filter replacement which will aid in preventing this situation from happening again. We will never call another HVAC company for anything!! All said and done, we could not have been more pleased, especially when given an invoice totaling less than $100 dollars 😀Joseph went above and beyond in every way!! Thank you Action Air!!!

AC wasn't blowing any air last evening. Wife called and left a message fully expecting not to hear back until the next day. They called within an hour, after 6pm. Friendly and courteous, got us in for the next afternoon. Joseph was friendly and knowledgable. He was in and out in about an hour. What we thought was going to be a expense visit was a simple part change. Highly recommend this group and will definitely use again!
