Of Freon and it wasn’t covered by my plan so I paid $200. In the beginning it appeared to be getting cooler, but thirty minutes later it was getting hotter. I called him back and he said that his boss would probably send him back tomorrow. My AC was currently working, but wasn’t getting as cold as it should. My husband had to pay someone else to come and fix the AC. The technician put way too much Freon in, and they wouldn’t call me back or answer my call. I got an e-mail this morning that they were coming out tomorrow so I called to let him know I didn’t need anyone to come out, and asked for a refund. He repeatedly told me you have to pay for the Freon and I repeatedly told him that didn’t resolve the issue, and I paid for what the technician said the issue was. The man was very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t recommend this company for anything.

Needless to say, they were a NO SHOW after I arranged to leave work early. They refused to answer the phone or respond to text messages. Very unprofessional!!

Oct 21, 2024 · Duchess of LawI CANNOT EMPHASIZE ANY STRONGER TO NEVER LET ANYONE REPRESENTING THIS COMPANY INSIDE YOUR HOME. I'm sure your home warranty company has arranged for them to do the work. This company left my house with water pouring through my ceiling and acted like it was normal. I contacted the owner and he denied any wrong doing stating there was a previously damaged drip pan. They broke the drip pan during the repair I found the piece they broke under the service guys knee. They still denied it and left my home with water pouring through my ceiling. I had to file a claim against their GL and I had to find that information on my own. The owner continued to lie to his insurance company and they denied the claim until I provided video evidence to the insurance company proving he was lying the whole time. This was 3 years ago. I just learned that he did the exact same thing to a neighbors house and ruined the ceilings in 2 rooms. Again he denies fault and won't provide his GL policy information, good thing i still had it! DO NOT LET YOUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY SEND THESE PEOPLE TO YOUR HOME. NOTHING WILL BE REPAIRED WITHIN CODE AND THEY WILL CAUSE DAMAGE!
