We have had the worst customer service from this company. For starters they installed an almost $8,000 unit in December 2015. The week the unit was installed the compressor went out and they had to replace it. Then the heat wouldn't work because of a relay switch. They claimed to have fixed that, but for 8 years I've had to run my heat on emergency heat. Within the first year the unit was losing freon so they came out and redone the copper line, but that did not fix the problem because 2 years later I had to get them to come back out and fill it with freon. The last time they came out in 2020 I had to pay hundreds of dollars to have the ac filled because at that point we had paid the unit off and they refused to fix it unless I paid for it, despite the unit being less that 5 years old. The freon should last for the life of the unit. My unit is only 8 years old and I've had it repaired and filled over 10 times. I've tried to explain the problems the unit has to Mr. David and he won't listen. He talks over me, then hangs up on me when I try to talk. I was not disrespectful in any manner, but after spending $9,000 with this company and my air still doesn't work I would like the opportunity to explain the issues. I really don't understand why he can't have a conversation without talking over me and hanging up. The unit has a warranty, but they want money to come out and see what part is not functioning. I'm at loss and I refuse to give them another dime. I had to go purchase window units this week because I can't afford to keep paying every year for this unit to be repaired. The unit was bad from day one or not installed properly, they ran the power impoperly as well. The owner knows this, but has refused to make it right since we paid off our loan through them. I'm out the $9,000 we paid, but i can atleast tell the public our experience and hopefully save someone else from going through this. Use anyone else but I do not recommend Wasden Heating & Cooling Inc.

I recommend finding another company that is more professional and courteous. I've been waiting over 2 months for my work to be done and they have already been paid. No updates are given have to constantly call and ask to find out what's going on.

Cody came into our house today without a face mask on. I believe there is a state order that requires people to wear a mask. He saw that we were all wearing masks, and came back inside without knocking again without a face mask. We asked why he wasn’t wearing a mask and he said it was too hot. He was sarcastic to my mother when she asked about the price of his labor. My grandfather died last week because of people like him. So if you want covid to come into your house, they will be happy to oblige.
