Power Restored When No One Else Would Help!I can't say enough good things about Henry . When a high voltage pole issue knocked out power to 9 buildings and the city refused to get involved, he stepped in without hesitation. Henry was absolutely wonderful! He clearly knows a great deal about electrical issues and was very competent and confident in doing the repairs on our pantry light, replacing the existing fixtures with a more current and up-to-date model. He did a great job troubleshooting the issue with our front porch pendant lights. We thought they would need to be replaced, but he cleaned out the sockets, which were full of dead bugs, and the lights work perfectly now. At my request, he also offered potential options for replacing my under cabinet lighting in the future. We will definitely be using Problem Solvers again for any figure electrical needs and I will definitely be asking for Henry by name. The cost for the repairs were very reasonable and definitely less than it would have cost us to replace and install new lighting on the front porch!

The problem solver team came out the same day I called and examined the issue with my ac. It was determined there were a lot of issues that we could bandaid or replace the whole unit. We decided to go with a new unit we were presented with multiple options depending on budget. They came the next day and installed. We were kept in the loop the whole way through. All workers were kind and courteous, they went above and beyond. Will definitely be using them in the future. They do HVAC, plumbing and a few other things so they are pretty much a one stop shop!

A pressure control valve On the main waterline to the house needed replacement. The speed price and service were pretty much perfect I called in and they were able to come that morning. The tech came out and gave me an estimate. I said no thinking I could find a better deal. I did, but it was $30 cheaper but after seeing The Problem Solvers tech Mason I felt much more confident going with them. Mason was able to get out at the end of the same day to do the job. I had over a dozen questions about plumbing and he answered them all with a confident knowledge. Upon completion of the job Mason explain any future concerns and had educated me thoroughly about the job. Most plumbers charge you an extra emergency call price When they come immediately. No extra charge was even hinted for emergency type service. Very highly recommended. Price speed, and service 5 STARZ!FOLLOW UP

Highly recommend this professional electrician & company. They will give you estimates and will contact the local electric company. They will do their best to work with you as much as possible. I have hired Others & none called The Electric company to protect themselves & my household( Of course, if necessary). They will give you estimates and you can work your way up as work is done. I am simply so undescribably more than satisfied with their high professionalism. I have a 90 year old parent that can't be without AC and basic comforts. This was a miracle for us. This place is not easy to work on due to its age. Pictures? Of every room & light & appliance working?! And, the AC instead of tinny GE units.
