I was truly impressed with the service provided by your technician, Daniel Lowe. He was prompt, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Daniel took the time to clearly explain the work being performed on our units, which I really appreciated.He arrived exactly on time, wore protective foot coverings to keep our floors clean, worked efficiently, and ensured all areas were spotless before leaving. In addition to servicing our system, he gave helpful tips on maintaining our units—especially regarding air filter replacement.Daniel’s attention to detail and professionalism reflect highly on your company. I got a Mini-split installed by Taylor Heating and Air. My first contact was Chip Young who was professional and very knowledgeable. He kept me informed and worked with the team to get the unit installed. I am very pleased with the unit and excellent customer service.

Just had a heat pump and air handler relaced by Taylor heating and air .There team of Moses , Chris , Gibson , and Patrick did a great job ... answered all the questions were respectful in there professional manner , installed tested and verified install was correct and fullly functional and lastly there pricing was great better business approved would definitely recommend using them as we would again .5 stars guys and thank you.

When Mr Taylor came to my house to check my unit and gave me a quote and I compared it to the other HVACH Companies, I decided to choose “Taylor Heating and Air” due to their excellent reviews and saved money compared to the other companies. Thank you Mr Taylor. I would like also to thank you for your Technician who installed my unit.They did an excellent job, very professional, very nice people. I will use Taylor Heating and Air again next time when I decided to change my unit on the first floor. Taylor Heating and Air is highly recommended!

Great service! My first in person contact was with Chip who made me feel comfortable and reassuring about the service. The technicians Patrick, Chris and David were professional and knew their jobs. Gerald the owner called me before the service was started and after the HVAC installation, which was wonderful. Most of all it was within my budget, great pricing. I would recommend this company to others.
