• This company has been a mess from the get go. $140 for coming which we were told would be applied towards the estimate. When the plumber came,he said the $140 would NOT be applied. (So....Wasted close to an hour getting that straightened out w phone calls to the company.) That's not what we were told on the phone. When he came to fix our sink and charged $189 to fix part of the sink which was no problem . and an additional $360+ dollars for the "time spent looking for the other problem." Claimed to have fixed it on the invoice. ( Did not get the invoice till we called and asked where it is) So he did not fix it but charged me for it. Did not get the bill till we called because the tech or someone there typoed the email address. So in essence paid $360 for a service that was not done because the tech was "charging for the time spent". I was also told if I wanted that part fixed I would have to cough up an ADDITIONAL $700 for a faucet. Just a faucet. So in all it would have cost $1200 plus if my name is gullible?I will never use this place again nor can I in all honesty recommend this company for anything plumbing related. Highly overpriced, disorganized and didn't do the service they claimed to have done and paid for on the invoice I had to call and ask for. Seriously,how do you run a business like this? Your $140 charge is the time spent to estimate costs. You don't add on an additional"time spent " charge and then send an invoice specifying work was done when it was not.FWIW Del Air installed my kitchen faucet for $240 complete.

• Long story short: Do NOT use Strada Services for any electrical work. Their work will be done without an approved permit from the county and the work initially done won’t meet the National Electrical Code (NEC).I contacted Strada Services to add the necessary equipment to our electrical panel and garage in order to install a Level 2 EV charger. Everything started out okay with the initial call and then speaking with the sales rep to sign the proposal and pay for the work to be done.Once the work was done in our garage (or at least when I thought it was done), I’d contacted the sales rep for some information needed by Duke Energy in order to get the EV charger installation rebate. You’d think I was the first person to ever contact them about this but they claim they’ve had others do this before…Anyways, it was during this time that I found out that even though the work was ‘completed’ in our garage and the EV charger was working, they never got a permit from the county to actually approve of and inspect the work done.I brought this up only because Duke Energy needed information about the approved permit before issuing the rebate check, seems reasonable. However, I’m not a professional, licensed electrician, I was not aware that a permit was not filed, approved, and inspected by the county. If I hadn’t gone this route with Duke, we could’ve had electrical work done by Strada in our house that was not approved by the county which could have caused major headaches down the road if something went wrong.Strada wanted to charge me more money after the fact to go and get a permit done since a permit is apparently not included in their proposal for the work to be completed. It seems like the simple thing to do would be follow the proper protocol and get the permit for any electrical work done and build that cost into the proposed price. I chose not to go with them for the permit given how everything had gone thus far.I went to the county courthouse and started the process myself; I’d mentioned that Strada is the one that has done the work already to the shock of the county employees. They’ve allegedly had issues with them in the past. During the permit approval process, the county actually found that the electrical work that Strada did in our garage did not meet the National Electrical Code (NEC). After some back and forth, Strada agreed to replace the part that did not meet the NEC as part of their warranty. However, they didn’t even have the part needed to meet the NEC and I waited another week or so for the part to arrive and then more time for them to come back out to swap the parts needed.While this may have taken some extra time, I did save money by doing it myself as opposed to having Strada doing it. Just when I thought I was done and got the permit all completed with the county, Duke required that I provide an invoice from Strada with all of the time and material broken out for the work done line by line, again another reasonable request for any reputable company. Unfortunately, when I asked for this from Strada, they told me that they do not provide this information, even when I had mentioned and asked if I was the first person to apply for the Duke Energy EV charger installation rebate. I’m not sure how anyone could be approved for the rebate when Strada isn’t doing the work properly and isn’t providing the simple, but necessary information.I won’t be recommending Strada to anyone I like for any future work electrical or otherwise. We only used Strada because we currently have a service plan for HVAC work (which we’ll be cancelling later) and really only stuck with them because One Stop was bought out by them.“At Strada Air Conditioning, Heating, Electric & Security, we perform EV charging installations correctly, safely and up to code so you can enjoy your charging station with peace of mind.”You’ll only achieve peace of mind knowing that you went with a company that is NOT Strada Services!

• Date: May 20, 2025I purchased a home in Bellalago, Kissimmee (1931 Goblet Cove St), and contacted Strada back in February 2025 regarding a non-working AC unit. A technician came out, diagnosed the issue, and said a part needed to be replaced. They assured me someone would return to complete the repair. It’s now May, and the part still hasn’t been replaced.I followed up with Strada, and they said they would add my request to their service list. Since Sunday, May 18th, the AC has completely stopped working, and my family of five has been stuck in the home without air conditioning. I called Strada again on Sunday, and was told a technician would arrive between 1–6 PM the following day. No one showed up. I called back, was told someone would come that evening—again, no one came.I also informed them that the AC was still out, and the home was unbearably hot. Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the process. This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve now decided to move forward with Del-Air or another company. I do not recommend Strada under any circumstances.

• I have been a loyal customer for several years now. This week I had a very bad experience with their customer service. I received a quote for a repair by text message. I called the Parts department and spoke to a guy named Brian to ask a few questions about prices on parts and he was very rude and upset. This man should not be handling customer calls, has no patience or empathy. Never before had issues with anyone from Strada. This will be my last year buying their maintenance program.

• Not surw how my house passed electrical inspextion, their electrical work speaks about why the 1 star review (See picture). Also a guy from the company that I reach out too didn't even had the minimal interest to fix the potential hazard.
