During the process of obtaining a quote, all my questions were answered in a courteous and prompt manner. The installation was done quickly with the appropriate clean up. But what was most impressive was that the owner of the company was personally involved in the install. So what more could be asked for: a fair price, a quick/professional install and courteous service.

He explained everything they would do for me. Day of install....best guys ever!! Chris & Ricky....THANK YOU for allll the hard work and meticulous work!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this company!! The service technician came out the next day 8/11/22, the technician Kurt, told me “it’s low on refrigerant. Your unit need 2 Lbs. added, trust me that’s the problem and that the price for refrigerant have GONE UP.” 5-7 minutes later the job was completed. He told me he was going to his truck to make out my bill, it took his over 10 minutes to make the bill out. While waiting on him I vacuum my garage out. He charged $85.00 for 1 hr. to add the refrigerant, total bill $295.25., the same evening the, UNIT STILL NOT COOLING PROPERLY. The next morning I placed another call to this company, when I told the man on the phone, the technician didn’t resolve the problem. WOW! that man begin Yelling at me, “WELL LOWER THE THERMOSTAT. THAT SOUNDS LIKE A THERMOSTAT PROBLEM.” I lowered the volume on my phone, still, one of the Physician, on my unit could here him yelling at me. The doctor said, “say goodbye and hang up.” I did. The Physician told me to call, SAFE-AIRE. I did. Safe-Aire, came out the next day on Saturday, 8/13/22 and, diagnosed the unit by checking the entire A/C system, corrected the problem, now the unit is working LIKE NEW. As for South Ga. Heating & Cooling, I moved on. Life happens. My family and I are graceful the unit is working properly.

The guy looked at the ac and said he had to order the part. No big deal. I spoke with one of the girls in the office to see if I could make payment arrangements because it was going to cost right at $600 to fix it. The girl told me that would be fine. Now today I’m out of town staying with my husband while he works because we have not had ac all week, and the guy calls and tells me he’s in his way to my house. I explained that I wasn’t there and it would take me a little while to get there. He then gets rude and tells me that he would try to work me in when I got home. Then he proceeded to tell me rudely that he wouldn’t do the work unless I paid him everything in full. I told him I already made the arrangements to make the payments. Then he proceeded to get rude and refused to work with me. I will NEVER call them again to come work on anything of mine.
