They sent a drunk dry wall guy he slapped some putty on the ceiling said he'd be back the next day to finish never saw him again. I finished the work myself after trying to connect smart cool for 3 weeks. Now this week 2025 the evaporator coil has a hole in it and must be replaced no problem right it came with a 10 year warranty, wrong smart cool did not register my equipment as they said they did after the install.

They came out and diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor and said they had to order one. It’s been over 40 days. They won’t answer calls. They only answer text and keep saying it will be “this week” every week. It stays 80 degrees in my house. Not to mention the light bills I’ve had to pay for it running nonstop and it barely cooling. Sad! I bet they don’t go home to a hot house every day.

We bought a new unit from them at the beginning of 2024, well it froze up just a week ago and the tech came out and handled it. Then the unit started leaking into our house causing ceiling damage. I reached out SEVERAL times in different ways to have them come fix that issue .....I have proof they read my messages on Facebook! It took my husband creating a fake number and pretending to be interested in a new unit and Lori called him within 2 minutes of that inquiry. I have sense reported them to the BBB, but they will absolutely never get business from us again....and hopefully no one

Both no longer work there due to the lack of respect they receive from their employer. Unless you are of importance to the owner, you are not an importance to the company.
