CHW has to reach out for him to contact me and he blows me up on a Saturday. I'm a disabled vet with medical issues, I was in an appointment. I call him back Monday morning on 07/17, leave a message. Never heard from the guy again. I assume he has so much business he doesn't need anymore. CHW reassigns me to a new company this morning and I've already heard from them. If you want prompt service, find a different company. This guy will leave a smart answer I'm sure, he knows where to find me. AVOID THIS COMPANY! :)

He said that he would come install it, but never did. He asked to be paid upfront and only accepted CASH. The house is 90 degrees inside with children and animals.
