You'll have to call and call and call back to simply try and get someone to follow up with. And that's if you can get someone to actually speak to you. Then when they do show up they'll damage your property and claim it's not their fault. DO NOT SO MUCH AS THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY unless you wish to deal with never ending headaches and damage to your property that wasn't there previously.

Was told REPEATEDLY I’d have a plumber on the way and only during the THIRD PHONE CALL was my address actually dispatched to a plumber and ONLY THEN was it revealed that it would take an ADDITIONAL 50 minutes of time for them to actually arrive. Took time out of my day for no reason, horrible horrible scheduling and overall unprofessional.don’t put me in a group conference call with your coworker to ask them what their schedule is!!!!disappointing

The service tech jammed a snaking device in the toilets and advised that we'd have to purchase new toilets and processed to try and sell me discounted toilets instead. He was their for all of 12 minutes and left after I advised him that I will not be buying toilets. I then contacted another service who was able to unclog the toilets within 35 minutes.

I chose to reach out to Mr. Shelbe after my place of employment used him for a service. I had a leak in my shower and called Shelbe to fix it. He said that he had to make a hole In the ceiling to see where the link was and he promised that home insurance would cover it; which we kept telling him they wouldn’t; and he said that he would give us someone to fix it.He made the hole in the ceiling then replaced our shower Nob and said that it’s cost $150 or so but never gave us a receipt for what he bought at Home Depot . After he left , only a day or two later the shower knob became loose and is sliding off of the wall. When we called him to come back and fix it he said he would send someone to do it if we agreed to go with him to fix the hole in the ceiling that he made.He wanted to charge us $250 to repair the hole in the ceiling that he made.My mom is really disappointed and upset that I chose him to fix our problem and I agree. Truly a poor quality service and not professional at all. I hope he improves in the future and others don’t experience the poor service we had.He can contact me if he wants to make the situation right
