This is my first time using Reliable Heating & Air, and to be honest, I was amazed at the speed of the customer service response, the Home Comfort Advisor, Sam Hodge, and the installation. I called on Friday afternoon, and the next day everything was installed and I didn't have to suffer through the intense heat. I also want to thank Grant and Matt, who installed the AC. They took their time and did a great job, especially Grant, who installed the furnace. Despite the intense heat in the attic and the sweating, he dedicated his time and effort. I'm satisfied and happy with my new AC system and my water heater. I don't remember the name of the person who installed the water heater, but thank you so much. I’ve had this air-conditioning for three years and doing the summer. I have called reliable out at least once a week and it is 90 something degrees. No one can seem to fix the problem. Do not buy a system from reliable it is not worth it. it is 90° outside. I’ve called reliable today and no response. I have to wait until Monday. I have an air conditioner that I pay on every month that I got from them and no one can seem to fix it.

Had 2 mini-splits installed in living room and basement bonus room.Installers Matt, Ben, and, Brendan, and electrician David all did fantastic clean work.Matt, Ben, and, Brendan picked up after them selves, explained the work they were doing, went into details around the system when asked. They ensured the spaces they were working in were covered and cleaned up afterwards.Would request them personally for future work.David ran the High Voltage line expertly to where it was hard to locate inside(this is a positive). Also would request personally for future work.

I’ve been using this company for years and always been pleased. They came out to service my unit three days ago, and after the guy left, not only was my air conditioning unit moved off of the concrete pad, but it had a huge dent on the side. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone ever since, but nobody will respond. Will likely not be using them again unless they make this right.
