These guys are total scam artists! My parents AC randomly stopped working a few days ago, so they sent two dudes out to take a look, who then spent two hours trying to take my parents for a $20,000-$30,000 ride, by suggesting their entire AC system is faulty and needed to be replaced (which would also take several days, during a week with 90+ degree temps).They only briefly suggested it could be due to a specific cheaper issue, but kept pushing the narrative that my parents would be throwing money away if they attempted the fix and it didn't work, and continually pushed them to schedule a full replacement, involving AC units upward of $30,000 for a home that's only 1,300 square feet.I managed to convinced my parents to hold off and get a second opinion. We had another business come out that same day, and he diagnosed and fixed the problem in under 20 minutes at a cost that was essentially free by comparison, and even offered a full refund if it didn't work. And guess what? The AC has been working perfectly since.That guy was amazing. Radiant is not.Avoid Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning like the plague.UPDATE: The owner replied below, and while I'm glad they seem to be taking this seriously, they misrepresented a key fact. The 5 "repair" options we were provided in writing all ranged from $15,000-$33,000!The ONLY true "repair option" we were provided was the verbal one that they kept downplaying and pushing us away from, and was estimated at more than double the $250 price we paid someone else to take care of

Jon and Billie were great. They showed up within the time frame we scheduled and went through the whole process with me. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. However, the down side is I’m going to need a whole new HVAC system and it isn’t cheap, but with the Texas heat you really shouldn’t go with a cheap system anyways like the builder’s grade we have now. They talked through several options and even gave a price for simply replacing all the broken parts on the unit we have now so we were able to make a good choice for our needs. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars was that we were told they could only guarantee the price quoted to us for a couple days instead of a few weeks that I would have preferred to get other quotes, but we are confident in our choice being a good one. Billy arrived from Radiant Plumbing to fix our air-conditioning system. He was knowledgeable and took care of the problem quickly. He let me know the problem and then let me know the definite fix along with the suggested options without any pressure. I took the most efficient and my air was working great before he loaded his truck. I've always been happy with Radiant Plumbing and Billy continued their excellent service and professionalism.

Radiant is avilable 24/7 by phone. I made an appointment Tuesday online around 8 pm and they were at my house the next day around 10 am. Billy was our tech, he answered all our questions and came back to install the blower the next day. He found another issue, he wasn't able to finish until later in the evening but was always friendly and helpful.

Had a great experience with Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning! Eric was incredibly professional from start to finish. He arrived on time, clearly explained the issue and solution, and worked efficiently. It’s not always easy to find service that feels both trustworthy and skilled, but Eric delivered on both fronts.
