Excellent service from Erik Stratton who came out and replaced our water heater, garbage disposal, and set up a Flow-Tech water treatment system. Our old water heater was 14 years old, and without any safety features. Erik did a fantastic job getting everything installed, and advised us on how to maintain our new system. Radiant is more expensive than some places, but I’m willing to spend more to get the job done right the first time. I believe Erik did just that!

When my AC unit went out this week I felt helpless trying to keep my pets cool. I immediately scheduled an appointment online with Radiant and they were able to send someone out that same day. They did a thorough inspection of the system and were transparent about repair cost estimates and that it might be better to replace the whole unit (it was over twenty years old). Once again, they were able to send a replacement specialist over that evening. He was very honest and transparent about pricing and ensured that I bought the right replacement. They were able to install it the next day! Every single member of Radiant that I spoke with was extremely kind, professional, and caring. They each went above and beyond and I am grateful beyond words. Absolute heroes, thank y'all so much!!

Billy was very personal and immediately felt trusting with his knowledge and demeanor. He was patient in explaining in simple terms what could be the problem and solution. He was able to fix my plumbing problem as well as was courteous to take time and fix a spigot for me that was mentioned during conversation. I really appreciate the work they did. Recommended. Trevor is the manager who I dealt with. From him and his whole team, I appreciate the work! Thank you all!

This has been by far the worst interaction I have had with a company. I have used Radiant in the past, with smaller projects and had no issues. This most recent issue was for a slow and/or clogged drain (2/28/25). The tech that came out advised he believed the issue would require scoping the system and would get a plumber out to do that. The person that showed up to do that turned out to not be a licensed plumber at all. This person advised there was a collapsed pipe that would need to be excavated and replaced. The quote for this was $15k. This was excavated later in the day, only for us to visibly observe the pipe was intact with no structural issue. A Radiant plumber arrived later in the day with the intent to replace this pipe. He advised the pipe did not need to be replaced and further informed us that the employee that diagnosed this issue frequently does this and is not a licensed plumber. I immediately requested a supervisor to contact me so we could accurately determine what needed to be done. To date, I have not received call from a supervisor or anyone but the original person who diagnosed the $15k problem. I called multiple times asking for someone to diagnose the issue as it still needed to be repaired. I was told each time “they were in a meeting” and would call me back. Since I could not get a call back or get the issue resolved, a stop payment was placed for the $15k charge. I continued to try and get this matter resolved with zero assistance from Radiant management. On Mar 18, someone from from accounting called and advised we would only be billed for the excavation of the pipe. This somehow totaled over $3k (see photo). This was paid in full so I could move on from this. Today, 4/14, I learned that Radiant again charged me $7k, 50% of the original quote, for a job that was never done, much less completed. I would not asvise doing business with this company, for any level of project or repair, bases on the lack of integrity or honest business practices experienced. There are numerous other options that wont upsell you, misdiagnose or otherwise rip you off. I have receipts, time/date stamps and recordings of all interactions and communications, so this is significantly more than just an unhappy customer. The bottom of their invoice states a supervisor will inspect all projects to ensure completion and satisfaction. This is not a statement they stand behind.*****UPDATE******Someone from Radiant has read this review and responded with a copy/paste reply that they use for the multitude of negative reviews that have been left. The number they state to call is the exact number I have been calling, to no avail. There has still been no resolution, I have not been refunded and no management representative has contacted me.

Came across what appeared to be a slow leak from my primary bathroom at roughly 8:30 PM. After a restless night, I immediately called Radiant who was able to assist the same morning. They sent a very seasoned technician/professional, David. David walked me through everything he was doing, all the while ensuring that he would resolve my issues. I'll note this has happened a previous time, in which I used Radiant. David was very thorough in testing both the Hot and Cold-water lines to locate a pinhole (needle hole) leak. David meticulously repaired the plumbing without compromising the vanity any more than necessary. Couldn't be more thankful for David or the Radiant team in what was a very stressful moment as a homeowner. Thanks again, David.
