She uses them personally for her home. It was a warranty call on an AC unit during the heat spike of the 2023 summer. So, I get it, it was busy. They started off really good. The first contractor that my home warranty company selected was about 9 days out just to get on site and diagnose. R&R made it out in 4 days! Unfortunately it was late on a Friday afternoon so parts couldn't be ordered. The tech, James (who was friendly, polite and professional) diagnosed a bad ECM and blower motor for our Lennox system. I asked what their lead time was like and he said he really depended on part availability and what their schedule was like when parts came in. Reasonable.I received an email from my warranty company Monday morning advising that approval for the part purchase had been Submitted. Tuesday, I received an email confirming that the ECM was in stock with the local Lennox dealer in Broken Arrow but they would need to transfer the blower motor from another location and that would take approximately 1-2 days. Right on schedule, Thursday morning I received an email saying they had spoken with R&R and confirmed parts where all there and they told me they expected I had already heard from R&R Mechanical to schedule. I had not. So, I called the number listed here on Google. Not only no answer, it didn't even ring. So, I hung up and called back a few minutes later. Same thing. I thought, well, I will leave a voicemail. Only they don't even have a voicemail set up or anyone answering the phone! No way to contact them. So, I reached out to my friend who referred them to begin with. Since she uses them all the time, she gave me the company owner's mobile phone: Jeff Williams. I called and discovered that his mobile also does not have a voicemail set up. So, I sent a text.That was Thursday.I called again Friday morning, first to the office phone, then the owner's mobile, then a text. All went without reply.I reached out to my warranty company as we had now been going on 13 days without air conditioning and the home interior was at 96. We had a working mini-split in our bedroom but with the house at 96 and outside at 100+ we couldn't get our bedroom much below 85. Between our aging/senior dogs and our aging selves it was getting rough! Our warranty company bought us some fans to help but as I kept saying to them, just a simple text giving us ANY kind of update would be so helpful. Are we next on the list, 10th on the list, 50th on the list? Should we rent a hotel or airbnb? I didn't know what to do until finally I got another email from the warranty company. They had spoken with R&R and they were going to get to us as soon as they could. Seriously? So, I pushed back on the warranty company for a little better timeline and they got R&R to say that they'd either come Friday, Saturday or Monday at the latest.Friday at 6 I got a call from the original tech, James. He said he was concluding his work day already but would make me his first call on Saturday (around 10:30-11). I thought that if they were so swamped they couldn't even send a text in a week to update clients on what is going on, it was weird to knock off at 6 and not start until 10:30-11 but whatever, it's their business. When 11 came round and I still hadn't heard from anyone, I called James back on the mobile he had called me from. He had a family emergency pop up (evidently one that prevented even a quick text to the client that had been expecting you since Wednesday) and was NOW on his way. He finally got here around noon. A couple of hours later, the parts were installed and our air conditioning is working again.When I relayed the saga of zero communication or response from Jeff, he seemed shocked saying it was very unlike him and that he was going to talk with him about that. To date, I've yet to hear back from him. They don't care about you.

They sent out Jeff and he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about the system and explained everything to me. Despite there being numerous problems on behalf of my home warranty company, R&R (and Jeff) did everything they could to expedite the repairs and went over and above what would you expect from a warranty contractor. I would definitely use them again for personal repairs outside of warranty work.

Last night they were at my house, working between 7p-9p to get my A/C fan replaced after it quit working. We are expecting several more days of very hot temps (100ish) so I am incredibly grateful for their hard work and quick response. I would recommend R&R to anyone!

Jeff came out and was extremely professional and just a really nice guy! He was very knowledgable and even educated me on everything he was doing, because I was interested, so I learned a lot in the process. I had an extremely frozen-over system, and he was able to quickly diagnose why my attempts at defrosting it didn't work, and replaced the switches and compressors that were the issues. He just left a couple of hours ago, and my AC is back up and running perfectly, just in time for the 100 degree days coming up this weekend! I would highly recommend him and his company!
