In these times when service delivery expectations are at an all-time low. The service we received was exceptional. Julie was extremely helpful throughout this week long process. Even when I expressed frustration at times, she remained understanding and empathetic to our situation. She kept us updated which was very helpful. Replacement of the compressor and identifying the root cause of the failure (which was also corrected) went exceptionally well. Donavan and Devon were very efficient and professional,worked well together and were very respectful of our property. All-in-all the service could not have been better. Kudos to a great team.

In all communications with Progressive and their associates and employees, everyone was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They answered all my questions and provided suggestions and solutions. The job was completed well within the estimated timeframe; the crew protected my floor surfaces and kept the job site clean.The finished results were as promised, and the system is running smoothly.I would not hesitate to call upon this company in the future for any HVAC or plumbing needs.
