Jan 29, 2024 · Cody JohnsonI had a pleasant experience with every single person except the guy that was working on my motorcycle tank.I called and was informed that the total time they would have my tank would be about a week. That's fine stuff takes time, however it took 3+ weeks and he didn't even finish my tank.I called after about 8 days on a Friday. He told me that it was boiled and ready for a liner and that he would calle when it was finished that next Monday. No call Monday, so I assumed he was busy and I couldn't pick it up anyway yet. I called back a few days later and he tells me again that it's boiled out and just needs a liner and that it would be done the next Monday. That's fine I can wait.However the next time I call 3 weeks after I drop the tank off. I asked him if it's ready to pick up and he tells me the same thing. It's boiled and just needs a liner. I replied to that with "what's taking so long? You said it would take a week, it taken three times that much. He tells me about how he doesn't have the time to do my take and rudely tells me to just pick it up and then hangs the phone up on me.I would recommend the business if you have to deal with anyone else that works there then the over worked child that took care of tank.He was everything, but Professional.

When I took it back they said there was another leak and would have to order a part for it, it would about 4 days to get and would call me when it came in. I waited for two weeks and called them, and they said it just came that day. I took it back to them at 9:00 am the next day. I call them at 4:00 PM, and they say they were sent the wrong part, and would reorder and advised me to leave my truck there overnight. and it may be in the next day, and would call me. I had to call them at 4:00 pm and they say the part is back ordered, and when it comes in they will call me. 3 weeks pass and I don't hear from them, so I take it to a local "reperable repair shop"and they are able to get the part in and do the repair the same day.The next day I call Professional Radiator repair back and ask if my part ever came in. He tells me that was a good question and needs to go look. He says it did not show up yet. So I tell him that I took it to another shop and they were able to get the part and do the repair in the same day.I told him that I wanted my $128.00 returned, because they didn't fix it. He did not believe another shop was able to get the part, and wanted to see the invoice for the part and repair. I ask him if I brought it to him would he refund my $128.00, he said he would have to check with the owner and would call me back.Needless to say he didn't call me back. They actually deserve a no star review. They do shoddy work and the only thing Professional about them is they are Professional liars.

Ben always finds a way to get me on the schedule quickly and they fair and honest with there prices and work.
