I was recommended Performance Heating and Air by my neighbor. I made the appointment and they reminded me a day ahead of the appointment and even let me know when they were on the way the day of the appointment. They send out Riley and he was very professional and thorough. He shared his findings and even sent photos, he told me about a rebate and other current deals. I was actually worried about having anyone come out because it's an older unit and I expect a company to try and pressure me into things I may not necessarily need, but that was not the case, in fact he informed me about my unit, and items that are easily repaired versus parts better to be replaced. It was very helpful. I appreciated his time and will choose Performance again.

Our air went out on Saturday. They came early Sunday to look at our unit. When they found it would need to be replaced, they brought portable units for us to use until the replacement arrived.
