DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY3 1/2 years ago I had the entire system replaced in my home. November 2024 system stopped working. They sent tech out and I was told the coil was bad and it would be $4000 in labor to replace it!! It took them until April 16th 2025 to finally get back to me. I had 2 separate managers come out and tell me they would repair for half the original quote. I agreed just so I could get the ac back working again. April 21 tech shows up and says it can’t be repaired due to the fact it was installed wrong and that they would have to take it out of attic and place in laundry/bathroom and that they would replace system with a new air handler. I wasn’t pleased with it having to be placed there but once again I just wanted ac again. After job was done tech left paperwork behind and I noticed that they installed a different system than the one I paid for. They put the cheapest one on the market in my house. When I contacted the service manager Shawn Mercer he told me it’s basically the same thing. I disagreed and told him I wanted the same system I paid for. He said he would have to get with his general manager and get back to me. I have called multiple times in the last 3 days just to be told he is unavailable!!

I am very happy with this company. They made an offer that beat to vendors. They installed same day. They petitioned for the permit. The woman I spoke with to book the appointment was such a sweetheart. And the young man that did the end installation was wonderful. His name is Caleb, and he should be acknowledged for being a great employee and knowledgeable in his field. And he was genuinely a nice man.

Just got my brand new AC system installed. That’s a BIG investment these days, so I really appreciate the professionalism and expertise that everyone at Performance Air brings to the table.Larry and Tyler did an amazing job installing the new system and showing me how to use it. They were on-time, courteous, and left the place spotless when done. And they got it all finished even with a rainstorm hitting us mid-day.Troy, my salesman, was very patient with me as I evaluated my different options, and helped me understand what I was buying.I expect this system to last quite awhile, and will be using Performance Air for my annual maintenance to keep it running in top shape.Job well-done, everyone!

If I could give more stars I would. Our air went out and we called the company we have used for years they were a big disappointment and did not help us at all. I was searching on line and filled out my name & phone number and was immediately called by Performance Air. The lady on the phone was very nice and set up an appointment for the following day at 9am. At this point we were looking for a new system due to our Heat pump was 17 years old. Taylor went and looked at our system & took pictures showing the problems. We asked about new systems and he gave us several options. We ordered our system and had an appointment for install the next day. Alex & Keith were the techs that came out. These guys were amazing, they took their time and made the installation area look really nice. When the install was done they came in and went over how to use the new thermostat and explained the process of the permits and inspections that will be done. Taylor, Alex & Keith you gentleman are very much appreciated for your caring, explanations and time you took with us. Thank you! I have already given a friend your company's information and I will definitely continue to recommend your company.

I’ve always had great experiences with Performance Air and today’s tune up with Chance was no exception. He was so friendly, efficient and kind about my dog’s incessant barking at the “intruder” in the house. I highly recommend Performance and am glad to have signed on to the plan where we get two tune ups a year along with a host of perks. Especially in the Florida summer, it’s great to have that peace of mind.
