This poor quality .C. that cost me numerous thousands of dollars is malfunctioning and blowing white dust and powder all over my home, the brother came out the first year and looked at the A.C.,and told me that he didn't see a problem, and that was a lie, he did absolutely no maintenance whatsoever, he has a extremely rude and horrible attitude, it was $89.00 for the maintenance service at that time, I didn't pay for services not rendered, they have gone up to $125.00 since then, the brother is suppose to do the maintenance check, he doesn't have a list to go by, he doesn't anything but look,he doesn't do the maintenance beche feels without doing the maintenance, the A.C. would tear up quicker without proper maintenance, and this outrageous, and absurd fee for doing absolutely is absurd. The owner brother called me this morning, and I asked about the services that he is supposed to perform, and he stated that he doesn't do any of the maintenance services such as,cleaning coils, pan, checking for leaks, cleaning air ducts,connections lubricate moving parts,,condenser, evaporator, thermostat abd drains, he stated that he doesn't do any of these services and had a rude horrible attitude, he statthat he would have his brother to come out, he hasn't called to set up an appointment, and his brother thought I was going to pay him for coming out to do absolutely nothing.I regret purchasing a A.C. from Perfect climate Heating and Air, if I had known that they weren't going to do professional maintenance on my new A.C. that I purchased from this business, and that they were going to raise the price for maintenance the next year and not provide the maintenance services, I would not have bought A.C. from this business, when I asked his brother about the maintenance services he was supposed to do, he stated for me to call Stanley Steamer, I don't understand his irrational way of referring me to this business, because they do carpet and floors, they are not a HVAC A.C. business, this was a horrible statement to refer me to this business when I paid Perfect Climate numerous thousands of dollars for poor quality work and poor quality A.C. I do not recommend this unprofessional, dishonest, incompetent, unfair, and poor quality poor excuse so called business, I regret doing business with this business, I lost numerous of thousands of dollars and I don't know how much I am going to have to pay to fix the problem, as a result of this poor quality A.C. This poor quality A.C wasn't worth the money I paid. Bad poor quality business that scheme and scam and won't to be paid for services not rendered.

Called them on Monday June 6th and made an appointment for them to be here between 11 and 2 on Friday June 10th and they never showed up or called to explain why. Would not recommend
