Three times I have called, made an appointment, waited all day for them not to show up. When I called to get an explanation, they simply don’t care, just said other jobs took priority. I have never had issues before this year, but the scheduler, Kathy, has been zero help throughout this process and is not empathic at all. They have taken no accountability and I guess just expect people to wait around all day and then never show up. Completely unprofessional and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Since then, we’ve paid them every year for their maintenance plan, which includes two service visits annually. Unfortunately, the only thing consistent about this company now is their failure to show up.We originally scheduled our spring/summer maintenance for May 27th. They canceled the day before, claiming they were backed up and couldn’t give us a future appointment. I followed up June 10th and was told we were scheduled for June 25th—nobody showed, no call, no explanation. We followed up again, and were rescheduled for July 15th. Same story: no show, no call.That’s two missed appointments with zero communication.To make it worse, I run a service-based business and blocked off my calendar both times. That’s lost income and wasted time—all because I was waiting for a company that never came.When my husband finally called back, we were told they’re only prioritizing people without AC or new customers. So basically, if you're a paying annual maintenance customer who has been loyal for years? You're pushed aside without so much as a courtesy call.This is a blatant lack of professionalism and respect for people’s time. We won’t be renewing our contract, and we’ll be warning others to look elsewhere. Loyalty means nothing to this company anymore.

Just called me today (7/11) at 4:30 to tell me they need to reschedule for either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Understanding things happen, I was fine until I asked for a specific time on Wednesday. I was told I would be given a call 30 minute call before they would arrive...essentially requiring me to clear a whole other day. Not ok, given I had already cleared my Tuesday. My reasonable request for a specific time was not met so I cancelled altogether. Not interested in doing business with a company who does not value their customer's time.
Jul 11, 2022 · David FischerI called them over 2 weeks ago to look at our mini split system, which they installed 3 years ago, that was not working. They sent a technician out a few days later, who was very professional, but after he left, he said that the board on the exterior portion of the unit was bad. I was charged $125, offered no solution to the problem. I told them it wasn’t working, I didn’t need to pay someone $125 to confirm that it wasn’t working. I wanted someone who could fix the problem or at best offer a solution with a price. I’m beyond disappointed.UPDATE- I spoke with someone today. The unit is still under warranty, but they don’t make it anymore, so they are still trying to locate the missing part. If they can’t find it, they will have to replace the unit. I still think the time frame for a solution is a little extreme. Luckily it’s not mid summer and the room isn’t being used right now.
