This is the worst company ever to rent from. Me and my fiancé are former tenants from this company. We live there for over a year and spent $12,000 to live in a two bedroom duplex. Whenever there was an issue, the landlord never fixed it and when we moved in, we had to install our own toilet and vanity in the bathroom and supply our own fridge and stove, washing machine and dryer.. When we first moved in there, there was a security deposit paid and first months rent. We had signed a year lease and after our lease had ended, we were on a month-to-month basis. We ended up deciding to move out and had told the landlord that we were leaving his response to that was to write him a 30 day notice in order to receive our security deposit back. After that, he also said that the house would have to be inspected in order for us to receive our security deposit back. After 30 days of not hearing anything from him, we called to check to see if we were getting our deposit back and he made false claims that there was a hole in the bathtub just to ensure that we did not get our money back. I ended up before we moved out of the property, taking pictures of the entire house to ensure that this was not a problem because when the whole issue came about, he was nothing but disrespectful and gave attitude. If you are in the market to rent, I would take your money elsewhere Because a man like that does not care what you have going on. He will just ignore the situation and you will never receive your money back for anything.

Overstreet property rentals are absolute terrible!!! Rude and Pam the receptionist is an absolute nightmare!!! The owner is an absolute slumlord. Do not give this man your business.

It’s been 10 days with no AC. Still waiting for that dispatch guys. I paid to put a tent over my outside unit for you. Due to rain and sun. I would like to take the tent down. I will increase my review if you actually show the hell up 🙄👌👍

Attempted to get my heating system repaired for the last 3 days however the technician never provided the service as promised. Although scheduled, no technician arrived on the 1st day, 2nd day technician showed up without notifying homeowner of his arrival, and 3rd day no call and no show again. Homeowner reached out to business to express concerns about no service, no communication, and unprofessional attitude from receptionist. Receptionist attempted to condone tech behavior except when she realized tech never called as she stated would happen upon booking the appointment. As of now, the business never called homeowner despite having a work order ticket to render service. Although this business seems to be a part of the community for a long time, there needs to be more competition so residents can have a better and more reliable option.On the other hand, Robinson Heating and Air Conditioning (Rocky Mount) provided same day service with exceptional professionalism and reasonable prices. My heating system is now fixed :) I will recommend them to anyone needing the service.

Well if you're a renter expect, alot of late fees, property that needs repairs, lack of concern, being shunned by the old wrinkled, red white lady. The lady can't hide her racism if she tried. No respect, but love our money... If your not mexican or white , they could care less about you.
