Great install, friendly staff, Max is a project manager and made the whole process easy. Pricing was super fair from other quotes I received and they did great quality of work.OnTheSpot actually took the time to properly measure the AC load on my system to ensure the unit was correctly sized. Many other companies skipped this crucial step, and attempted to sell costly and unnecessary solutions, but OnTheSpot was thorough and professional and provided us a REAL solution. Highly recommend!

On the super hot Saturday night, our AC stopped blowing cool air. We called the On The Spot Team, and they came out within 24 hours during the weekend and took care of the issue. The cost was very reasonable and was up front. Mr. Garcia came out and quickly diagnosed a problem and fixed it right away. Highly recommended!

Timely, same day service, polite, and quality work. The technician JP, resuscitated our dying 20 year old system on an HOT summer day, and honored the $29 service call special! We will likely buy a new system from this company very soon. They seem to be a very fair and trustworthy business thus far! We recommend them. Two thumbs up.

I’ve had the opportunity to use On the Spot for a few years now including one emergency and two scheduled annual checkups. Great communication, easy to work with, professional, friendly, and most importantly an honest service technician that shows up on time. They educate you on your system and advise what may be needed down the road and changes in the AC industry….there are several important ones happening this year. Don’t hesitate to use this company- ask for Aaron as he is a great tech and very informative. A+ team at this company!

First of all I can’t stress enough how reliable and efficient ‘On The Spot Air Conditioning & Heating Plano’ is! My Dad’s second floor bathroom was leaking water from the ceiling that came from the attic where the old air conditioning unit sits. They came out addressed the problem and within hours we have a new system up and running seamlessly! Thank you ‘On The Spot Air Conditioning & Heating Plano’ for the quick installation! I was so impressed with the team of 5 or 6 technicians that came working on it and how knowledgeable and patient they are answering all my questions and explaining every step of the process! You can see the quality of work and the unit was put together beautifully, thanks again! Think my Dad can sleep soundly now.😀
