Scam by giving initial no cost for visit don't get trapped :I typically don't review but The technician who visited was so rude I had to review to help other.I had very bad experience with them, I wish I could give them -ve rating for their services and charge.I am having issue with my Hot water heater So I called them and they said during apt booking :There would be 100$ visit charge and technician will look at it and then will tell further changes after evaluation I said on your website It 49$ visit change plus further charges on visit. Why are you saying 100$ then Nicole said ok let me look I can reduce visit charge to 49$ so I said ok and I will contact you again later.Then she said dont hang up I see you have problem with visit charges so I can sent a technician without any cost to you Then the technician will evaluate issue and tell further cost as per finding, This sounds fair to me so I said ok and booked with them.Technician name Jayden Lundy arrived and looked at our heater and started working , I am working from home so I went to work. He didnt tell us what's the issue keep checking our Kitchen Faucet for hot water , I was under impression he is still investigating issue After around 30-45 mins he said I cleaned Ignitor Give me 355$, I was like what you did for asking 355$ he said I cleaned Ignitor , Why did you not inform me before hand on that he said Do you think I work for fee.He was so rude I said why are you talking like this I dont think for cleaning I should pay 355$ he said I am asking very less I charge more for this , I was like why would you charge me less here.You should have first told me this cleaning needs 355$ if i was ok with the price then only I want to go ahead and perform Instead you did it now asking amount is not fair.Basically I ended up paying 355$ for cleaning ignitor to a rude unprofessional person.So I would suggest everyone dont get trapped when they say no cost for visit.

They have literally drained so much money out of my grandmother’s account and never fixed anything they claimed to fix. Paid over $2000 to fix our washer and it was still broken. Over $1000 because the furnace had water leaking around it. That never got solved. Each technician would rather try to lecture you rather than do the job you pay them for and actually fix the damn problem. Worst company. Thank you for nothing.

He didn’t seem to mind having to make a run to Home Depot for specific parts needed. He told me that he loves his job— so important. I would highly recommend him.
May 06, 2025 · Judi BerlinThe good and the bad. I had called to get my HVAC electricity checked, since I knew I blew a fuse somewhere when replaced my thermostat but couldn’t find the plug box. They said it was going to be $40 for the service call and would credit if agreed to job work. The tech said was going to be $180 to do the work… so I was thinking he had to replace something major.. but then he pulled out a fuse and put it into the unit (where the fuse box was that I assumed it didn’t had as I told them couldn’t find on outside) and in 2 mins in was done. On the positive side he did show me how dampers work and that one was getting stuck due to tape on vent, but he said it should be replaced and it’ll be $1400.. which now doing research is literally a $300 max motor and most likely it’s not the motor because it still shuts. It just doesn’t open probably due to the tape. When I went to pay for the $180 charge the technician told me he wasn’t going take off the $40 service call rate because normally they’re on call HVAC diagnosis is $350. So just be aware that it’s not $40 for them to come out like their office says at minimum you’ll be paying $350 or half that if it’s something minor like a fuse.That same day, I had two other of their techs come out because they sent the wrong person the first time . And while I had them out, I got a quote for two fans to be installed whether or not removing a fan it’s just capped with electric already there as well as two floor plugs that need to be changed out cause they’re loose that total cost they want $1300. I’ve got a handyman coming to do it for $300 bucks. And he is license and insured.Oh, I forgot to include that the main reason the other tech came out is cause he was a electrician, but he said that they didn’t have the equipment to change out a foyer chandelier because they do not have a ladder that they can rent that’s longer than 16 feet and the guy said he was too scared to go up that high, so they sent the other electrician by mistake to look at it even though I already talked to the office and they said they wouldn’t even do it; and this was after me explaining the height to the office the day before.I have the same handyman coming to take care of the chandelier.
