Despite this, their initial work on **Wednesday, June 18, 2025**, seemed excellent at first.However, the situation quickly deteriorated when it became clear the job wasn't completed as requested. After 4 or 5 days, the original issue I hired them to fix (specifically, they didn't run the line as I asked) remains unresolved. Adding to the frustration, they also **used my electricity to power their machines**, which is an additional, unexpected cost on top of everything else.What's truly disappointing is their refusal to return to complete the job without demanding **additional payment**. This indicates they do not stand behind their initial work or their guarantee unless customers agree to incredibly expensive quotes, upwards of $2,000. It's unacceptable to charge more for a follow-up visit to correct something that should have been done right the first time. This policy essentially means their "guarantee" is meaningless unless you invest heavily in their services.I'm now left with an unfinished repair and the prospect of paying someone else to complete what Mr. Rooter failed to do. This has been a very frustrating and costly.

Josh was an absolute professional... you guys want some plumbing stuff done right call these guys. We sure do appreciate his professionalism. We had a blow out on one of our faucets and he came the next morning and fixed it in no time. Excellent work!

Joesph came out and replaced the faucet by my back porch. He did a great job! He was super nice, and did the job quickly. Now it works great and it was a good price!
