He and his helper, Juan did a very successful job on reseating the new commode flange, and set the commode to new flange installation , and it is solid, with no leaks, and no rocking or turning. Two technicians arrived. They were both extremely pleasant. They quickly found that a part (capacitor) was bad. They put a new one it and it started blowing cold air. It was a hot day and it was the end of the day. These guys deserve recognition. Great job!
