We have been customers of Mills Heating and Air for several years. Our experience with your service techs has been generally very good; we have never had an unsatisfactory experience. That being said, we wanted to commend to your attention Aaron, who just performed our semi-annual system check and ordered and installed a new cold air duct grill and a RGF In-duct Air Purification System. He was very pleasant to deal with and explained the additional services he would perform, one at our request and the other recommended as a result result of his very thorough inspection. Aaron exceeded our expectations, and we will request him in future.

We are very pleased with Mills Air Conditioning and love our new air conditioner. The staff are terrific . Lance explained all questions we had in purchasing it and was very professional. Chris Bell and Charlie Turner were excellent and so knowledgeable when installing it. Dustin Rainer was superb. As the maintenance supervisor, he went above and beyond in making sure our air conditioner was in excellent shape and set up the electronic thermostat perfect! He was very thorough and knowledgeable and in addition to this, a very pleasant and nice guy! We will be happy to recommend your company to others!
