Thankful for a reliable company that's easy to work with.Update! Our plumbing crew was amazing, but today's electric was an even better experience! Everyone we've worked with has been kind and taken the time to explain projects and options. We're learning about what was code when the house was built and what's code now. Blake was amazing. Very personable, very polite. I had a tricky issue with a tankless water heater and Blake was able to sort me out. We had to call in an electrician as well, but Blake came back to make sure the problem was fixed. At one point when it was not looking good I told Blake he could go and we could tackle it again the next day. Blake's reply.... 'I am here today until you get hot water.' Thanks Blake!

On 06-04-25, I had Milestone come out to the house to address plumbing issues in both bathroom sinks. Tyler Weidman and his coworker, whose name I forgot (I apologize), as it's been a few months, came to the house and introduced themselves. Both gentlemen were professional, listened to the issue I believed I had, and then helped me understand what the issue could possibly be and assured me they would make sure to resolve the problem before they left the house. As it was, I was having the A/C being worked on at the same time by another company, only because my A/C units are covered by warranty by another company already. Well, sure enough, Tyler was able to solve the sink mystery, and it was connected to the A/C units' issue as well. Thankfully, Tyler was able to solve the problem, made no mess at all in the house, and if there was any, I couldn't tell after they left. I'm sorry to Tyler for leaving this review so late, as the home buying and settling process has been a long and busy one, but I hope this review finds you!
