After last year's hurricanes I had decided to have a whole house generator installed. After checking out the installation, cost and maintenance of, I decided to look at other options. After speaking with neighbors, I opted to have a transfer switch installed with an outdoor plug for our existing generator. Michael Mouzone was our electrician for both visits to our home. We discussed power options and how to make our lives easier if power is lost. He is the ultimate nice guy! He is informative, friendly, knowledgeable in his field and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He is meticulous in his work habit and cleaned up the area quickly after completing the install. I'm really glad I went with Midway services, i saw they had great reviews, and I can see why. I was having issues with my water heater, and they were able to book me within the week.My service technician was Kevin. He came in to do diagnostics and get me set up with a new water heater. Out of all the technicians I've had come by the house, I think he's the best. Professional, pleasant, on-time, really knows what he's doing. He's efficient but also takes his time to do things carefully the right way. He's very respectful and made sure to clean up spills from the old water heater. He knows how to ask for help to lift the water heater safely onto the shelf. The way he installed the new water heater looks very professional and up to code. I have an old house, and having a modern "bells and whistles" setup puts me at ease. I felt very secure the job was getting done right, and I got a high-quality product for my home that would last me for many years to come. I'm very pleased with Midway, and I'd feel very comfortable going through them for any future projects.
