★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Avoid this company! They have terrible customer service and terrible service technicians. We had an issue with our upstairs ac so they came out Tuesday July 29 . They were here for over 2hrs and I paid over $500 and they claimed the problem was fixed. Well little did I know it wasn't. Our upstairs was over 80° and never cool down. When my husband came home he opened the ac closet to look inside and found that the ac is now leaking water and flooding our closet. (It was never leaking before) So we called the company back and they said they will have someone out around 5pm. We figured this was normal for them to work after 5pm due to them claiming to be 24 hrs. Well that was far from the truth. Come 6pm no one had came so we call them again just to get their AI answering service that asks questions then claims someone will call you back. 7pm still no call back or anyone coming to our house so we call again and get the same AI answering service. Meanwhile my husband has to keep using the wet vac to clean the water from the flooding ac closet. We called the 24hr service line 3 or 4 times last night with nothing in return. My husband had to keep getting up last night to clean the water up in the ac closet so it didn't ruin our house. Fast forward to July 30. We call as soon as the office opens and get met with a very rude lady. They refuse to send someone out immediately and claim that we are now scheduled for service between 3-5pm today. When we asked to speak with a manager we were placed on hold and after holding for sometime we were hung up on. I immediately called back and spoke with a guy that was not necessarily rude but just very monotone and sounded as he wasn't surprised this issue was happening and could care less. We got absolutely no where with him either other than him claiming we are scheduled for later today and they can't and won't send anyone out here immediately. He also claimed a manager was not available to talk to and will call use back. Now my husband is missing work today to deal with this as I have appointments with the kids today and won't be home. This has turned into a nightmare. So please avoid this company.Update on this, Yesterday July 30, they never showed up. They told us in the morning they were going to be at the house between 3 pm to 5 pm, they never showed. I called at 4pm, they told me that I was next. Never showed. I called at 5.10 the AI answered and I never heard from anybody else.Now I have water damage in the garageUpdate, they finally when to my house on the 3 day. The leaking issue is fix. The leaking was cause by them, they did not clean the lines correctly the first time. They left something stuck in the pipe and that was the reason why the leak started. We have been trying to call them and email them to try to get this issue resolve but nobody replies back. Somebody called me from their company to talk about this review, we had a back connection I asked to call me back but never did.
Aug 15, 2025 · Edgar EstradaMark was helpful in coming by on a quick note on behalf of the LL, it was an incorrect call & he’s put us in touch with the installer whom will come by & address the spore like/dark colored particulate/our concerns.The system was installed last year.He was partially dismissive of my questions & concerns, stating that the landlord called & asked for this service.He did not ask what was the issue or what we were experiencing, simply ran the job per the call.Pending this being resolved, I’ll adjust the review accordingly, but yeah, it felt like a dude showing up vs a companies service.

And if you sign up for their “Gold Membership“ all you’re doing is prepaying for your annual maintenance. There is no other value included.Paid $109 for the technician to tell me my drain line was clogged, it’s another 100 for them to actually plug in the shopvac, 250 if you really want your unit cleaned.Private equity firms are ruining local businesses.

We’ve had issue after issue for several months now and finally someone took the time to study everything, clean the lines and change out parts. We really appreciate him!

I usually purchase their annual service plan (2 maintenance a year).I did not use one of them. I called mid fla and asked if I could give it to my neighbor, who is a widow who has an extremely tight budget. A rep at the company said yes I could. An appt was set up for my neighbor. (I did renew for another year as I needed maintenanceas well)Today the tech came out to my neighbor and AFTER the work was done he said he had bad news. He would need to collect $70 from her or he couldn't leave. Why didn't he tell her before he started the work?????I called the company after hearing this and asked. The rep said a transfer was not allowed.I NEVER WOULD HAVE SET THIS UP FOR MY NEIGHBOR IF I KNEW THIS!!!!I will be giving my neighbor $70 even though I am also on a tight budget. This was not fair to her. The mid forida rep pretty much said not her problem.
