★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The people who work here are grouchy and do not take care of business. They blame every situation on someone else. The renovation crew does not work. They sit around and talk. Our balcony and stairs have been half painted for 2 months. I ask them to spray for bugs every month. We still have roaches. There are drug deals going down all the time. There is trash in the parking lot. The neighbors’ smoke comes through our vents. People are fighting in the parking lot almost every night and we have had at least a couple of shootings since we moved here. This is not acceptable housing unless you have no other options.After we moved out and I paid my bill in full, they said I owed them another $101. (The reason the bill is $101 is because if it’s $100 and less it doesn’t go on your credit report.) They would not tell me what the charge was for or why I owed it. I paid a non refundable $50 for month deposit each month and I left the apartment in better shape than it was in when I moved there. I’m not sure how they have managed to get their rating up to 4.5 stars, but this is not a good or safe place to live.I would absolutely never recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

People smoking dope on your door step, playing loud music she what is supposed to be "quiet" time. Had ac problems for over 3 weeks but when you tell them it's not working it's like they don't believe you but yet it's 90 degrees in the apartment and the ac hasn't shut off. It took at least 3 weeks of putting band aids on before it was fixed and still doesn't work great. Our temp never goes below 77 but of course they don't care they don't live here and don't have to pay the electric bill. They also lie they tell you what you want to hear them never follow through. Pool was shut down for 2 weeks because they don't know his to clean it properly. When it was opened people sit out there and smoke their dope not caring that there are kids around and nothing is done. Thank God I am about to be moving out. This place sucks and certainly is worth what they charge. I would never want me kids to live here. It is dangerous

Today my air conditioning was leaking and Jacob came to my apartment twice today and fixed the issue. He was wondering and fix the issue quickly. Thank you Jacob

It’s so quiet and peaceful and if things need to be done, the property manager MAKES SURE it gets taken care of ! The staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ! But shoutout to the property manager , like she is so excellent ! She does her job to her full ability and I love how she actually LOVES and CARES about her tenants !! Pure , sweet heart ! Just I love this property, thank y’all !!
