Update: Saturday 14-JuneMalek Company,This has been a mess thus far today and my family is very upset. The crew left and left this mess on our front yard. They said Malek did not bring the materials for installation so they left. I can express enough how extremely frustrated this makes us. What is going to be done about this? To include our energy costs for the day and follow on days as this is completely unacceptable. This is a direct and poor reflection of your Company. Additionally, these are photos of how the interior of our home was left. Completely unacceptable.You are about lose our business and I will be sure to make note of this to inform friends and family about your Company.Brandon was phenomenal. Extremely professional and easily one of best representatives we have encountered. He was energetic, competent, and thorough.The biggest reason we decided to go with this Company is all due to Brandon's presentation and representation of your Company. So hold on to him. If there was a 6-Star rating, he would have received that from us. Look forward to seeing the project through to completion.

I was hoping to find a new company to enter a long-term contract with to service my central air and mini split unit, and was optimistic after reading the majority of the reviews. However, we needed TWO lines (heating and cooling)to be hooked up and the vacuum done on the mini split. They quoted us $1000 for 30 mins worth of work. And that was with their 15% discount. I will be calling following this review to cancel the maintenance plan that I signed up for yesterday, for I will not do business with those that take advantage of a situation, just because you can. Even the response from the gentleman to my husband, in my opinion, proved that point. I've included a picture to show what we're talking about here.

Was a disappointed with the plumber they sent out to give us an estimate.He was a little rude with my father and was not able to fully answer his questions. My father is an electrical engineer and has worked in the construction of several buildings, so he understands the details of what a job entails. The gentleman that came to house often responded with I'll have to ask my boss or I'm not sure on basic items such as the thickness of the protective film, type of caulking, grout, or window seal. About an hour in, he got frustrated with my father's questions, mostly because I believe he didn't know the answers. The quote they provided didn't detail the plumbing questions we had and the replacement needs for the consisting conversion from a bath to shower in an older house. Needless to say we will not be using this company.

We needed the annual inspection of our HVAC system. Topher was the technician with Malek that completed the service. He did a great job, was thorough, answered all of my questions, took the time to reassure us about the health and life of our system. Topher is a great asset to the Malek team and employees like Topher are the reason we keep coming back to Malek. Honest, friendly, and never try to upsell you on anything you don't need.

Michael did a great job. He identified the issue and fixed it quickly, and was thorough in explaining what the problem was. Extremely satisfied with Malek Service, and the fact this was all booked same day is that much better.
